It was 10 degrees and windy, gusts 25-40 mph, so we didn't work today.
-20 is the temp we don't work, but we're in the air and wind shuts us down regardless.

We're working 7 days now in an attempt to meet a deadline. Of course every time a project has a delay, they never change the deadline.⌛🙄
Lol.

Here's something on main street ....
I love little towns.

Now I'm sitting in front of the fireplace, drinking coffee with my 110 sport.IMG_20241212_120333878.jpg

Stay warm. ✌️

-52.6°F with the windchill this morning. Was hoping that jbmonkey jbmonkey would stop by for a coffee on the deck at some point but I don't see that happening. 😄

Just returned from quick run for groceries and fuel. No service at the pumps though, too cold for the attendants.

Carrying a newer ebony 110 with brushed bolsters. It arrived from the factory with scratches so I spent a few minutes going over it with a 3M pad.

That's a really nice 112 and I'm envious that you can enjoy the outdoors at this time of the year. I spent 10 minutes scraping ice off the driveway and that was enough.
Yes, this is unusual for the mountains of central PA. We haven't had a measurable snow yet this year. I know it's because I bought a new tractor, with front end loader, and blade last month, and can't wait ti try it out. I suppose I should keep my mouth shut. Statements like that have a tendency to come back & bite a person in the butt.

6F this morning when I took out the trash. There wasn't any wind to speak of, so it didn't feel so bad. The hot coffee was just right though when I made it back inside to get the kids ready for school.

Just when I think the 305 is as small as possible, I dropped a single-spring version in my pocket. That thing absolutely disappears! It helped out at a holiday party last night and got passed around a few times to open a table full of snacks.

13 degrees this morning, but the wind died down a bit. The 112 pictured with the new wool hat my wife just made. She finished it last night, and said, "OMG, that thing looks like some kind of Where's Waldo hat." It'll be added to other hats & scarves she made for the church donation box.
