We had the whole spectrum of weather yesterday. We woke up to sleet, then rain, then sun, fog, a downpour, and rounding out the evening with snow, temps dropping into the 20s, and roaring winds.

It's currently 45.6°F on my carport here in north Alabama. I was enjoying the spring like temps last week, too. There's a 50% chance of snowfall on Wednesday, with a predicted low of 15. Today was a work day, so I've got my EDC work knife on me:

It’s on its way down to 25 tonight here in Virginia. I just saw today that our daffodils are poking up. We’re supposed to get a little more snow this Wed/Thursday, but my guess is that will be the turning point towards spring for us.

Enjoying my evening cup of tea by the wood stove along with my 440C Koa 112 that hasn’t left my side lately.

It was 6F with clear skies and a light breeze just after lunch today. Perfect sledding weather and the kids were out of school for the holiday. Somehow, I got stuck with the smallest sled and spent a good deal of time falling off and rolling down the hill. What a great day!

13 degrees now with a wind chill of -6, and a predicted high of 20 today. I'm having another coffee before I go out & start chores.

It was -6F this morning when I went tromping through the woods. I'm not sure what the wind chill was, but it felt sharp. In weather like this, it's really easy to overdress. A couple miles into my hike I had to slow my pace down so I wouldn't get sweaty. Damp clothes are definitely something I wanted to avoid.

It’s 0° with a wind chill of -20°, tomorrow is forecast for-3°. I think I will stay inside for the next four days as this arctic blast comes through. I’m doing some indoor projects and updates. I’m carrying and using my 501 Larrin and it is fabulous!

Management and the Board are having their annual budget meeting, so I'm staying in my dungeon office, where I can't be reached on my cell phone.

12 degrees this morning, but at least the wind has finally died down. Considering how cold the Mid-West has been, that ain't too bad.

7F this morning, but we're supposed to hit the teens sometime today. Traditional brass gets pretty cold, and I can feel it through my back pocket. The 112LT is made for days like this.

Current temp here is 19°F. Supposed to climb all the way to 26 by mid-day. I'll be wearing multiple layers, and my trusty 117

It's 15 degrees now & starting to snow. Windy, and snow showers predicted off & on all day, with a high in the mid 20s. The forecast looks like a couple more days of this, then a warm-up into the 30's.
