Look how much a satin NMFBM goes for now (and what they were new), and tell me how the Nuclear FM wasn’t priced quite fairly.

Plus, the Nuclear FM is a Light Brigade knife. :cool:

Plus hand worked flats basically equals satin finish. :thumbsup:

Plus free hand smoothed handles if you wanted them. There’s $65 of the $200 already. :D

Plus custom shop. :eek:

Plus limited availability. :p

Need I go on? ;)

My only regret is not having bought more. Unfortunately, I’m not made of money. I can practically guarantee that the Nuclear FM will appreciate with time, well beyond the original asking price. Again, just look at the NMFBM.

This was a discussion for 24 hours ago- It's ok, I said I wasn't, told everyone who asked I wasn't and got the same from most and then what happens? most of them did and .... OK, just glad I'm not walking across a bridge with you cats or we'd all be wet and swimming right? LOL! ... It's all good, I'm going to need a axe like this to build my log cabin and hope the wife lets me stay in a small spot in the back field if she ever finds out about this... :D ... It's not the price of the knife that will get you, it's those $1 dings that stick out like a sore thumb ;)
She's been wanting me to get rid of my bass boat that's not been in the water in 3-4 years now.....she might have a good point LOLOLO!!!

When one considers the extras that are available on the nuclear model...it’s a no brainer.

I will use this knife every chance I get. Make my GF’s liberal and/or feminist friends dislike me more, process small quarry with a smirk, chop the occasional fallen branch or small tree, “raise my flashing sword” at my neighbors that hate me, and generally torment anything in front of me, because “my yard.”

In reality, I have no real use for this knife. So it will fit right in with the rest of unesecary things I have own.

My K9s hunt (naturally) and I lightly process their kills for them, but it’s not for human consumption. What they don’t eat and any left overs are thrown outside of the yard to be consumed by nature.

I don’t hunt, because I don’t eat it.

and when they come to ask you about your piece, simply say "yes I do" before they begin to talk, for they have already asked the question in their head over and over; "Does he really need that thing?"

Makes sense. I was kinda hoping you intended to skin and process rabbits or similar with it, would be cool to see.

I've seen there's a technique where you tie a loop of cord to the handle of a large knife and hang that around your upper forearm, then use your hand to hold the blade near the tip. Lets you handle a large knife like it's a small knife. Never seen anyone do it though.
 
Currawong Currawong My FM will process lots of rabbits and other game, but I’m afraid we’re OT. Let’s just say I bought it for a chopper...

Where there's a will, there's a way...and the FM already has the perfect lashing point ready to go at the talon hole and/or pommel. :thumbsup:
 
I really expected this blade to be higher than the dagger in overall percent purchased. The dagger actually beat this so far. Still early though.

I have no doubts that in 10 years this model will have appreciated. My decision was based on over 10 years of Busse collecting...I have over 50 versions of Mistresses, Molobolos MOABolos, and other large Fusion handled knives.
Can't own them all, so this one got dropped in favor of SK's already ordered.

Speaking of NMFBMLE's, lol I still have my 7...

With my BWM, or something similar, I'll basically put the blades spine in the palm of my hand, press thumb and middle to pinky fingers tightly against the blade width, hold my pointer against the blade tip, and skin. Kinda like ulu meets caper.

I'm still thinking, if didn't have a form of mistress already I'd prolly be in. But I do, and even though she's certainly not as pretty as the "forsaken", I've grown accustomed to touch/feel/looks of BWM, and honestly don't see myself using the FM much. I am not strong enough nor do I deserve to wield such beauty and power.:(:D If this woulda had a skinny .18" option, I would have ordered already. Congrats to those who are getting one. Jealously gonna really sink in after i see people using them.

I may just get one so can have a big ass mistress in forest green!

I hear you. One of my biggest Busse regrets is not getting in on the original NMFBMLE order. :( So wasn’t passing on this one. The Nuclear FM will be a pretty rare bird. Made up for the NMFBMLE later though... :D
