The wondeRful Build of these Knives is simply amazing, Camillus or Schrade perhaps, Sears so I am thinking Camillus, I think the pins tell the secret Calvin explained one day- cant find it right now.
A rather more plainly finished Knife- in the manner of Handle Material- if this was Stag, jigged Bone etc- people would climb over themselves to get such a Knife- The Walk and Talk is superb on this Knife- Tough Tank of a Knife...I like it very much!

Heres a nice solid Tank -of-a-Knife by Richartz Solingen ( Whale blowing spout of water on Tang )

Often I just get out a Magnifying glass and look at the Jigg work- trying to pick up different tales in the workmanship- untrained eye and untrained in what to look for Im afraid- but I appreciate Jig Work like you wouldnt believe- this example is stunning in the Hand.....

I consider the Stockman with a Punch the close " intermediate" of the Cattle to Stockman, this is my personal opinion simply because of the Punch.

I was gifted this Standard Sized Western Stockman, Harry is one cool guy- I can still see him standing there at the Rendezvous handing me this Knife- amazingly built, Someone attacked the Knife with a Grinder and the tip was broken on the Main, this Sweetheart of a Knife rides shotgun with one of his bigger Brothers on edc day with- this thing slices through anything!
I really like the Bone...
Before the "re tip" ( check out the mean wee Swedge on the Spey! )

Here...Here we have one of my most favourite Knives, one of Charlies SFO's, side by side with his 77 Washington Jacks this being one of THE most beautiful Stockmans or knife as a fact I own,
The Colouring of the gorgeous Jigged Bone is outstanding, The Slanted Bolsters, the sleek Frame.... outstanding Knife! I love the shape of the Spey- Just real Class!

There is something heartwarming about an old, well-loved Stockman!! Thanks for the pics, Duncan , Tomboy and Gev!!

You thought right! A real looker. I can't make out the maker?
I don't know anything about Edge Mark other than I like this knife. I picked it up of the exchange a few years ago but don't remember who from. You can clearly see my research was extensive. ;):D
