Well, it would be nice to have an update, but I'm afraid that in this case no news is not good news. I'm hoping for the end of the summer, I guess. If my name comes up on Bret Dowell's list before Gazza comes through, then that might be a sign.

He emailed me shortly after my post and said that he went back and found my email and that he must have just missed replying to it, and said that my knife should be done by the 10th. So I don't think anybody should be worried, he's just busy.

well hopefully mines done by the 10th too, because I'm going on a year a 3 months....

I really am anticipating this knife more than any others. I wish Gazza would chime in here with an update. Might put peoples anxiety to rest :thumbup:

Same here. I know he said he got really behind on some things. I have nothing against him. Lets just hope we all start seeing our knives soon .

I cant imagine him making knives for the show to sell if he has a back ordered book. I think hes trying to do the right thing and get some of the outstanding orders done before the show.

Sounds good sir. I am awaiting the fixed bladed version of the Shamwari. He contacted me about a month ago or so for some updates.
