There's nothing to be gained from piling on at this point. Everyone has made their views clear on the situation, as they understand it. Anyone who's called and harrassed this guy is at least as out of line as he has been. I agree completely that there is no appropriate resolution other than a full refund, and it seems that that's happening. I hope all parties learn from this:

1.The buyers shouldn't have paid up front; 2. the seller shouldn't have required up front payment; 3. the seller should have immediately refunded the money when it knew it couldn't deliver the product for which buyers had paid; 4. Buyers shouldn't have waited so long to pursue a claim through PayPal; and 5. The seller should swallow his pride and abandon any notion that there is a legitimate justification for keeping money paid for a product he didn't deliver.

Threatening messages and 3am calls are not acceptable. Nether is the way that you treated your customers. I am not a lawyer, but I think that both are criminal acts.

Minor point, there was no "seller" he never had the knives in his possession nor did he sell the victims anything. He should be thanking whatever deity he believes in for not being charged with a felony.

All refunds have been made. I would like to offer them both a free zt 0350 of there choice. I m in the middle of transmission replacement. It would be mid April. But I'm trying to make it right and better. Never was intentional.

I confirm I have received the FULL refund of 470$ as Marc stated in his post.
I'm very happy of this.
Please Marc don't take it as offense but I'll skip the ZT350 offer; my goal was the refund and it has been accomplished, I've been taught not to take advantage of situations and here is what I do.
Sell the ZT350 to somebody and make him happy to make business with you.

For the MOD: please is it possible to remove "fraud" by the main topic or add something like [FULL SOLVED], is it not good to show something wrong that has been solved.

I was trying to figure out how to buy a Busse on Saturday, when I came across this thread. Wow!!!

often. Looks like Gear 2 Survive is having a rough time. Hope he gets it back together. Now if I could
