GEC 25s - Gots 'em?

I think if i had got this Little Jack first i might not of bought either of my #92 Talons or #22 Magnums, but i didnt and that is why it is still waiting for a carry.

pmew i think upon reflection what with the colder days coming in and less time for sitting in the sun slicing apples i think the Little Jacks time is coming, as you say they are superb cutters and those sturdy blades are easy to pinch open and not to fussed about where they are carried. I think i just talked myself into a new EDC...

Thank you! The Barlow is actually my newest addition. Love that little guy. It's got me on the make for more Barlows!

Now there's a trio of beauties, including one of my all-time favorites (and my first #25 barlow), the pen-behind ebony model.

Great shot!

Inspired by your post, I carried mine again today:

Not sure I have shown any updated pics of the stag on mine. It loos better and better as time goes on.

You're right, that looks great. How about the blade?

[I love GEC's stamped blades. UN-X-LD, indeed.]

My small but growing collection of 25's...

That's actually a very intelligent choice! EZ-Open stainless Spear, Endcapped Wharncliffe and Wood Barlow Clip.

I covet a Wharncliffe mightily as I have none in my Garden of 25s....:grumpy::D

Thanks, Will

Thanks gents, was happy to have found the Wharncliffe. The funny thing is, when I started my search for my first 25, I was looking for a sheepsfoot, and thats the one I don't have (and of course the elusive drop point). But a sheepsfoot is next on my list...

I really like that middle knife! It a perfect blade to handle ratio creating a beautiful combo.

I have one of the sheepsfoot 25s and it's my goto work knife. I just wish I could find more of them lol.

The Sheepfoot has a lot of appeal and utility that's a fact.

All the blades hosted by the 25 frame are excellent, here's the Drop-Point.

Ooh, that's a beauty Will! I'm not holding my breath on finding one of those anytime soon... But there seem to be plenty of sheepies out in the wild, so that's going to be my next one...

Appreciate that Sugarleaf  Where are those Wharncliffes eh??? I was extremely lucky to win this knife in a GAW and I've been thrilled with it since. Despite its relative rarity, I wanted to use and carry it and it gets out a lot, no more mint in the tube I'm afraid!:D

GEC (Small).jpgI have one GEC 25 - Easy Open Jack in 440C and Desert Sand jigged bone. I sharpened it up, cut a few pieces of paper, carried it once or twice, and now it mostly sits unused. It's a nice knife, but I just seem to grab my GEC Pemberton more.
