Just got this for Christmas, absolutely love it!!! Beautiful snakewood covers and great F&F, pull is about a 6-6.5.
Great knife wish I would have grabbed a few more! Straight into my pocket it went.
Cut a lot of ribbon and cardboard toady.

Great knife Jeff! I got one also and the snakewood is awesome on these....contemplating the yellow bone since I don't have any yellow in my collection. The stamped blade goes so great with this run.

I like the red linen so much that I was compelled to order one in Bocote.

Love the becote, and almost bought that very same knife, but decided instead to get the Che Chen Rosewood. Both are terrific little knives. Congrats!

I got my barlow with snakewood and stamped blade... what a stunner! Great choice of wood Barry, these new barlows are absolutely spectacular!

Great detail shots on the amber Northfield. The jigged bone is almost looking woodenly, very nice!
Same with the Mexican Bocote for me. Even though I got them in orange, amber and che chen, I clicked on this one too...
The Barlows are mind-blowing, and the snakewood is doing honour to its name... such cool wavy grain!

Could somebody please point out which GEC 25 versions have steel bolsters and liners?

I don't believe any of the 25's have been made with steel frame and bolsters. I'm thinking they are all of brass/NS construction so far.
