Well I'd say there's a good chance of ringed/and or pinched bolsters as all the past NF's were, but no slanted bolsters in the past.

But in all seriousness, it is the name of the #68 pattern in its pen configuration.

Correct. Many, if not all, of the GEC equal end "cigar" patterns have a variant named after a cigar or cigar style/shape (i.e. #35 Churchill, #53 Cuban, #68 White Owl).
