god i hope those people who rush to sell the release a few days after they receive it answer this one
Fear of missing out. A clinically approved disease that strike many knifeaholics.
Well, that one might be actually explainable, at least around US, where people must decide which option of the new release they want without even seeing them all. So maybe their strategy is to buy each one that being "dropped" and then leave the most attractive ones and sell the others.

I can resist FOMO most of the time just check yourself (its a new to me saying).

I could have bought a cotton sampler or the other model or the beer blade thingy all at low ish prices new, one was £90.

But I didnt, I buy what I like and will use and I like a lot of the GEC, I can see quality and value in those I own.

I moved away from here for a time as the buy and sell for profit crowd hacked me of and spoilt it,now I dont look at them.

We cant buy of ebay in the UK so that helps and also hinders.

That is not Bills or GECs fault, they dont want to mass produce do they?

They want to inovate and also produce classic knives (some long forgotten) along with Charlie they have made the whole thing interesting, enjoyable and taught us a lot

I dont want to like all the offerings but I do want them to produce them and give us choice.

On the whimsical knife note...
I kind of hate the whimsical knives. I would not mind if they made a zillion knives a year, then yeah, knock yourself out Bill. But they dont. So who the hell asked for a "Beerlow"??? It's a bad knife, and a dangerous bottle opener. lol
