After reading the beating that John Goncz was getting I thought I would email him in private and ask some of my own questions. What I got back was an email from him asking me to call him so he could answer my questions in person. When I called him after the initial "commies and fags" comments he tells me "if you will post positive comments on the forum about my lights, I will send you a free light". When I explained to Mr. John that honest people don't need to do that sort of thing, he called me a "fag" and hung up. Now I don't know about the rest of you guys, but this was all I needed to never buy or recommend one of this guys products now or ever. How long will this guy last in business with ethics like this?

What's the matter with you guys? Haven't you heard of the Gay Commie Flashlight Conspiracy Group and their activities?
It's well know that this secret organizatiom that went underground in the 60's, recruits memebrs throughout the world to disrupt the selling of wonderful and new flashlights.
Their activities include but are not limited to:
Intercepting packages and replacing bulbs with inferior ones, often sabotaging other aspect of the light.
Pose and the seller to discredit lights through self promotion.
Secretly sabotage all light meters and laboratory instruments used in getting light measurments.
Use a special font in their posts so to secrectly antagonize the populace against new lights.
I tell Mt. Goncz is a VICTIM! Can't you see that!

Gentlemen...........lets face it. The testing lab was most likely right next to the factory, in Goncz' garage (owned by his friend/relative), and just behind the engraving machine. I'm sure he fumes every time he's read this over the past several days. He will most likely surface somewhere else.
Sorry about the amaturish copy/paste job here but as I learned of this "company" relatively late in the "game", I just came across the posting at bottom on another forum and thought it might interest some here. There were no replies to his post and I'm not sure if anyone tried out a light but I will attempt to find out. Appears that "John" might travel or might have lived in Charleston, SC in 2002. Anyone have any dealings with John Holley or recognize "catdaddy" or the e-mail?

Catdaddy is on CandlePowerForums. He was going to market Goncz' lights there but after a spell was very skittish to endorse it. The lights never came whole to him with the proper bulbs, charger problems etc.
This has to be 10 or 11 months ago. My memory fails, it was quite a while back. I think he was even a contracted distributor for the lights.
I don't think that he is Goncz....

Just kidding about the bruise but in any event I was not able to find any other references to goncz (note lack of cap) on the other forum. It did appear somewhat similar in that the post (copy above) did seem to be a marketing type notice with reference to a new company, etc. I did notice that there was a different e-mail address given on Holley's profile. Just for information: in my humble opinion, it appears to me that these are not the same individuals (I could always be wrong) and I must admit that I did not read all posts. It appears that Holley had some difficulty of his own with goncz.
