danfr,

You are on, That is the Judge.

Yes You can go and copy them, somewhere over 1200 pages at .50 or $1.00 a page.

The informative Thread!!!

g.b. never answers any questions from other people. He only answers the "voices" in his own head. :D ;)

btw. Just because someone has filed an action means nothing. ANY simpleton can file an action in muni, superior, or federal court. If the person in question happens to file against a large party that does not wish to waste valuable time. The simpleton usually goes away with "some" cash in their hat.

Another rule. File a lawsuit against a studio/production and unless you are Marlon Brando, "You'll never work in the business again." ;)

ODDEONE

I believe You bit off bigger, than You can chew:

You have entered a DoD secure sight and disclosed information, that "maybe classified"!

I will make the necessary steps to find out and bring it to the right authorities attention!

I hope they will "fry" your ass!!!

The informative Thread!!!

Tsk, tsk :)

As usual, g.b. gets a little "nervous" about his $$ and just has to start with the threats. :p

Any body wants to know, the story the Film, go and look it up in the 9-th Distruct Court under Goncz vs. Coralco, etc. presiding Jodge Hon. Hopp, Federal Judge and you can find out everything about the props...

Come on man, you said you'd post some info on the knife in Total Recall, you must have something better than that... A picture of the knife would be a start. You burst in here with your claims and whenever someone asks a question on the matter you immediately take a defensive stance instead of backing up your story with some info. We shouldn't have to spend time looking into old court papers to back up your claims!

Smoke and mirrors. g.b. is definately no magician. :D He would actually need to read the rules of membership to determine how to post a photo of "his" knife.

Silver_Bali:

Don't waste your time pleading with him (sorry I didn't mean to make it sound like you are actually begging), as it only inflates his ego. He will never post a photo of "his" knife ( ) because he will need to get permission from the person who owns the rights first. THAT will probably never happen. And, it is pretty apparent that almost all of his past business ventures have tumbled down from the pedestal that he erects in his mind. More "castles in the clouds".

This thread is better than watching "Survivor". I actually looked at two other threads before I couldn't take it any longer and had to come here to check it out!

THE ENTERTAINMENT THREAD!!

Actually Goncz, I can jsut about guarantee that the list of DoD contractors is public information, or if not commonly available, can be gottenthrough FOIA. Who the contractors are isn't exactly secret. WHat exactly they make, and quanitities DoD orders might be secret, but not jsut who the contractors are.

I doubt you have some classified flashlight

John;

My last email to you was on Saturday, January 3.

Are you going to reply anytime soon?

I wonder that if g.b. is actually on any DoD contractor list, if anyone from DoD has actually ever conducted an "on site inspection" of his "facility"?

LA City Business Licensing continues to be unaware of g.b.'s existence. Possibly the same thing with the CA state board of equalization?

Ste,

I have been ignoring You for some time, due to Your negative postings and now I reviewed, them again I realized, that underneath You are a Knowledgable nice Person. In some postings You indicated, that You were interested in the lights.

We will make you an offer that You can not refuse:

We will send one M-3 light , that You can use it for 30 days and if You like it, than You pay for it. If You do not like it you pay for the shipping back.

Also ones You have the light, You can post what You like, what You do not like?

If You want to maintain Your anonimity, it is fine with us just give us the info, where to send it. We will trust Your honesty for the deal.

You can comunicate on the tread, or direct to us, which is preferd by You.

May be classified? Nice try - EVERY CCR entrant has access to the site, and ANYONE on the World-Wide Web can do a lookup. The CCR is publicly available and used on a daily basis by all the major contractors to check that they're doing business with someone else that's jumped through the appropriate hoops. And, the CCR is interconnected with the Small Business Administration's ProNET AND uses Dunn & Bradstreet's DUNS numbering system, so your info is accessible from those avenues as well.

Plus, with all the time you spend in court I should be able to find plenty of info on you in the public records. ;)

NOTHING on the CCR that can be accessed from the search is classified. It's a big business directory.

To that end, I invite everyone here to go to the CCR website - http://www.ccr.gov/ - and click the "search CCR" link at the left. Throw "Goncz" into the "legal business name or DBA" box and click "search." You'll get all the info I didn't mention - address, phone number, etc.

Besides, you really don't want to cause issues where there are none - the DLIS doesn't like having their chain jerked by someone trying to use them to cause harm to someone else for no reason. If I hear from anyone there I'll simply send them this thread and once they read and finish laughing they'll want to talk with you. I oughtta ask my Defense Security Service liaison about this and see what he thinks. :D

Be sure you -are- a big boy before you try to play with 'em...

Wow!! Thanks OddOne!!

I guess Goncz is registered with the DOD, but that doesn't mean that he is actually PRODUCING anything for them, it just means he CAN...

It also says that Goncz High-Tech is a Sole Proprietorship, which means that his buisiness is relatively small...

Definition:

A sole proprietorship is a business owned and operated by one individual.

Legally, if you set up your business as a sole proprietorship, your business is considered to be an extension of yourself. Therefore, as a sole proprietor, you are personally responsible for all the liabilities and obligations your business incurs.

This means that if the business fails, any of your assets, including your personal assets, can be seized to discharge the liabilities owing.

I know, because I am a sole proprietor for my own buisiness...

So much for your multi-million dollar corporation...

Also, you keep refering to what "we" are working on...

Got a little mouse in your pocket, buddy?

If you do have employees, then you have an inacurate profile submitted with the DOD. They don't look kindly on mis-statements, Half truths, and/or lies.

Pleading a defense of ignorance of the law (Tax law, or otherwise) doesn't work in this country. Especially since you are now informed.

C'mon guys, I bet we could really light a fire under ole JG if he doesn't shape up...

Just to clarify, a sole proprietorship can have any number of employees. The adjective "sole" refers only to the noun "proprietorship" -- in other words the business is owned by a single person, regardless of how many workers the business employs.
