gonzo, my opinion is very sided.
the reason my opinion is one sided is because your products really are inferior, and because of the way you act.
my review however was very subjective. i was quick to point out the flaws, but i was also quick to point out the sucesses.
i pointed out that your focusing mechanism and machining were very good.
and i pointed out that i wasn't very fond of surefires water resistance.
i do have a high-school diploma, just got it last year in fact, being only 18 years old.
you're saying that from my posts?
have you read your posts? i admit that while some of my postings may not be all to clear to some, they're 10times better than yours are.
why modify it?
i'm modifying it as a favor for a friend, because it's never been done, and a little bit just to stick it to ya.
also, i didn't think it would be that difficult. after seeing it in person and discovering that the reflector, switch, bulb housing, and orings were so poorly designed, i now realise that this will not be a simple project, but require a lot of work.
when it's done, it will be a very good light, because i am modifying all aspects of the design that i felt weren't suitable. (switch, reflector, bulb mechanism, orings).
in fact, i'd like to send it to you after i'm done, maybe you could impliment some of the changes, but i wouldn't trust you to return it to its rightful owner afterwards
