I don't know if it means anything, but after a bunch of these stories appeared on JerzeeDevil we politely showed him the door, to protect our members' best interests.

I just ordered a knife from him a few days ago... Ill let you know how it turns out for me.

From what ive seen tho it seems that he orders some knifes from his distributor when he receives a persons money..thus delaying the process. However, in his auction terms he does make clear that items may not be in stock at all times and there might be a delay. He also has quite a bit of positive feedback...hes around a 99.2% positive with over 3-4000.

Before i purchased I asked him if the said knife was in stock and he said yes.

I will let you know how it turns out.

I hope it'll work better for you than for me. That guy's just not honest and prove it acting offended while he should work on the problem.

Hope ebay will do the same with that piece of trash!

Sorry about that post the other night, i was actually out at the Moteng Shot Show and was delayed in an airport for 8 hours. JOY.

Anyways, I would like to apologize for orders not received, or items being out of stock when ordered. Im doing something like 150 orders a week so its a very big mental stress on me to manage it all, and at times something to get screwed up as im still learning true business practices. Im only 22 so hopefully I can work it all out for the better in the next few years.

If there is anyone who ordered from me directly and did not receive the knife shoot me a message and I guarantee youll have the product or a full refund. I dont like to have a bad name, but when you deal with thousands of people things do happen and some people thing they are getting burned.

I try and stock most products, I usually have about 1500-2000 knives at a time, but its almost impossible to keep everything in stock ALL The time. I do my best when new products come out to order around 20 as they sell fast then, and as demand drops I try and keep one in stock. I also do gun and knife shows, so if my worker sells a knife at the show and I sell one on ebay or via my website then I have to reorder it.

Im sorry if I have affended anyone and want to sincerely apologize for my actions, as I would love to stay in the Knife Industry and help make it a better, stronger, and more organized Industry.

Just for people to know...The only message i got from andrew is "give me your address, i'll ship another one....i apologize".
I gave my address 200000 times already.

@Andrew
Seriously, it's been 3 months i've paid and still got nothing. After how long do you consider that it's URGENT ??? You've got the transaction number and all. A refund is one click away!
You make your bad name yourself! Up to you to change it.

I'm sure he's terribly sorry.

Alright,

So as i said above i was going to report back on my transaction to be with Andrew. Well, I have to say it went OK. I got my knife today...shipping was really slow but hey i got it. Transaction could have been better, or could have been worse. It was OK.

I, too had a bad experience with Mr. Kunz. I purchased a SE Caly3 from him, and it was almost two weeks before he mailed it (maybe not that bad compared to what some of you are dealing with), despite that fact that I had paid extra for Priority Shipping and that he assured me repeatedly, both via email and phone, that he had shipped it.

I sent him a very polite email after finally getting my knife, which read, in part:

I'm not going to leave negative feedback because you did deliver what you promised, but I would recommend that you work on your customer service. ... I was frustrated when I sent you three emails asking for the confirmation number and every time you just assured me that it had shipped. If you had looked into your records, you should have realized that it had, in fact, not shipped.

I hope you can take this advice in the context of positive criticism. I have no hard feelings and consider the transaction to be a decent one overall.

I left him neutral feedback on ebay, considering myself rather generous given his untrue stories and direct lies. He left me neutral feedback with a plug for his website, despite the fact that I had paid within minutes of the auction and did not leave him the negative feedback that he deserved.

Mistakes happen, but, if you look at his ebay feedback history, you will see that he always leaves negative or neutral feedback if you leave him negative or neutral feedback. He seems to believe that if ayone has a negative experience with him, it's their fault. His prices are good, but I'll pay a little bit more and deal with grown-ups.

Originally I ordered a knife back in March 27th, and there was supposed to be 6 on hand! I found out a few days later it was back ordered. I kept e-mailing and finally got a response that it was in and would ship on the 19th of May! Well it is the 28th of May and still no knife! I have waiting patiently for two months now and I am out of some serious bread! No response on the dispute or nothing! Bad business practices and ethics. I would agree, he is a thief! He stole my money, because I have not seen the knife. I sent him my address three times and asked for a tracking number. No Response! I want a refund or ship me my knife!

EJW, what knife are you missing? Ill be at blade this weekend if your interested in picking it up in person.

You are potentially bringing product to a show that apparently has already been paid for by a customer over 2 months ago and should have been shipped by now?

Now you post on a public forum on the eve of Blade, "If you are in the area look me up... your knives might be on my person (if I don't resell them to someone at my table first)." :D

What an azzhat
:thumbdn:

What a joke, you don't even know what knife he ordered 2 months ago but you are sure that you will have it with you at the blade show:jerkit:

I guess "customer service or satisfaction" is not a concern for you. It is painfully obvious, not to mention frustrating. Is it to much to ask for you to "make it right"? What part of being an "honest businessman" do you not comprehend?

You shipped the knife supposedly right? Nice to see that you are spending my money at Blade when I am still waiting for a phantom knife in the mail!

Just refund me my money!

If anyone has checked out GKGP E-bay feedback, it would appear that he has racked up a good number of negatives reviews. It would be fair to say, the truth hurts.
