Guardians of The Lambsfoot!

Barry every now and then the size photo that will normally load will suddenly be too large. I have been having that problem all day. That may be what you are experiencing at the moment.

Thanks Dwight. All this smart phone learning curve stuff plus lambsfoot queries make me want a little time out.

from the desktop this time:

Ahhh… a nice cold Hood Canal Brewery "Dosewallips Special Ale" fresh from Kingston WA

And now, a nap.

Dwight, I think you are spot on about file size.

Looking good John! :)

Very nice Vince! :)

Gary I sort of suspected that! :p  :D

I got my package from Jack yesterday evening around 8pm when I finally got home from an unbelievably tough and long day helping my brother and niece. As usual Jack had taken the time to securely package the knives to ensure a safe arrival. Thanks Jack! I haven’t taken any glamour photos of my Barlow’s yet, but I did take this one quick photo. I have spent some time this morning flushing and inspecting. Maybe I’ll get some photos in the evening light. It appears that some of the Stag examples have nicely matched scales as to thickness. Congrats to all who have received their Barlow’s. :)

Jack, you and Wright's have outdone yourselves, my friend! I've long wished for a Black-designed, Wright-produced Lambsfoot and this one does not disappoint. I'm delighted.

Thank you for your tireless hard work that made this a possibility. It came to fruition splendidly.

Congratulations. Another fine example of Wright's craftsmanship and Jack's vision.

Alrighty then. Congratulations on that fine looking Barlow, Greg.

I don't think it's anymore heavy than any other Barlow Rachel, but it does have more heft than the standard Wright's Lambsfoot knives with their brass liners and nickel silver bolsters. You'll see :)

I do enjoy the ongoing cross-thread chilli debate! :D Nice pic there Rachel
Thanks! I hope it's not gaining weight from eating too much Chicago pizza. (postal tracking is both a blessing and a curse)
Hopefully not John! I try to be discreet, with the ways things are here, I don't want to be Jack Black who gets exercise once a day, and has to sew mail-bags! :D

Here they have you making license plates.

When I discovered that getting a tracked package from the UK doesn't necessarily guarantee a faster delivery, I have opted for standard shipping since then. That way, I get a nice surprise whenever it shows up.
