Guardians of The Lambsfoot!

I really love this Hartshead Barlow.:D You just want to hold it and use it.
What a beautiful piece of craftsmanship that I am thankful and proud to own.

Blessed with strong fingernails and no arthritis I really prefer a heavy pull. Of course, this knife delivers. The pull is a little lighter than my Ironwood '19s (also love), but still on the heavy side, without a doubt. Mine has wonderful action only to be improved, I'm sure, when I get a chance to flush it.

Thumbs up to you, my friend.

They ARE special. Lovely specimen, Mark.

Thanks, Mark. :) I learned a lot of nursery rhymes when I was a kid, but I don't recall learning yours, which actually seems useful compared to most of the others!:thumbsup::thumbsup:
Thanks for quoting that rhyme. Was trying to remember it and came up with:
"Whiskey before beer, all is good cheer;
Beer before whiskey, never so sicky"!
Guess that could be my private version. ;)

FANTASTIC B&W pic, "Ansel would be proud"
Thanks OG. Great photo of your knife over Ansel's gorgeous print.

Thanks for the support on LamBar Jack's name (although I wonder if it should be a single word as "lumberjack" is
Oh yeah GT I think one word is the better way to go. Very clever!

Dwight, the pile side of your rosewood Hartshead Barlow is so incredibly distinctive!!
Thank you. I am very lucky to have it for sure. :)

Sheesh...Sure hope Dwight isn’t reading this.
:D I could EASILY scarfffffff the dogs without the taters piled on top. :D

Have a great evening and night Guardians.IMG_3641.jpeg

Beautiful knife! Those Hartshead Barlows are fantastic!

That is a beauty, Dwight!!!
Thank you much Charlie! :)

I have a new picture/logo for my Guardians signature, but cannot remember how to install it!!
Photoship made a mess of my old one, so I managed to delete it!

Help!!!
That would make a beautiful signature for sure Charlie. You should just be able to click on your username, then click on "information" which will take you to the signature area where you can edit your signature by placing that picture/logo in your signature. I hope that helps!

Dwight"

I have been having trouble putting graphics in my signature (edited Guardians "Logo") It appears that signature is picker about the graphics it will allow than messages.

Charlie you can copy and paste your photo into your sig line but it is probably too large as it is. You could change the size in a photo edit program and then use the insert image icon to insert it in your signature line. The icon is directly to the right of the smiley face in the edit bar.

I've just been reading through an old thread with some interesting Lambsfoot discussion. Our veterans may remember it, and our newer members may find it interesting

We've come a long way since then :)
Jack, thanks very much for that insight. As a new member to the blade forum and the "Guardians" found it compulsive reading. You have done well my friend. They tell it is a bit warm over there.:)
