Guardians of The Lambsfoot!

Thank you Jack. Sorry for that Vegan comment(which I edited). I thought I was making a humorous self deprecating comment, but I can see how it can be taken the wrong way. No offense to others was intended. I try very hard to mind my manners, both here, and the rest of the Porch. Thank you for showing me that I must try harder.

It’s readily apparent that we both like Barlow Lambs and croissants:) To the rest of your week being a great one.

What is going on with the handles on your Taylors Eyewitness. Looks like they have been in the sun too long, or have I missed the answer to this previously.

Maybe it's just the way I am looking at it. To me it looks like unfinished wood with anything but a smooth surface, almost as if you would get splinters if you ran your finger across the surface, but per your description it probably is just the differing shades of light and dark. I am not trying to take anything away from the knife, just the way I am perceiving the image.

I'm guilty of the same thing Harvey, it's an easy joke to make, but I really don't want to put people off posting here (not that I expect a huge influx of those folks), and I don't really want this thread to have any particular position beyond us all being nice folks who carry Lambsfoot knives and get along with each other :) I certainly didn't aim that comment at anyone in particular, just food for thought  Talking of food, you seem to have a much better range of pastries available my friend, though I'm certainly not complaining about those blueberry croissants ;) :)

Your intentions and philosophy for the Guardians is what makes it a special place.

I have the good fortune of close proximity to a great bakery.:)

D Dschal Most excellent. Congratulations on getting your Sambar HH Barlow.

Thank you Harvey, that's very kind, but I think it's the great bunch of regulars that make this thread special :) I am thankful to have the good fortune of NOT living near a great bakery! :D

I used my lamb foot and a few simple tools to build these driftwood chairs this weekend!

Not really.

Wow there really cool! Very talented.

It wasn't David  That said, I think we could perhaps all assess how we post here, me included

That's a fine pic :) Hopefully we'll get a few in Sheffield tomorrow

Oh right thanks Jack, that's good to know.:) However for the sake of relevance and brevity I think I'll keep the essays on pubs and pies to a minimum from now on anyway.

Do you happen to know where to find a trusted meat pie recipe.
Btw, my trade offer for pallets is still good. ;):D

LOL! Your alright you can keep your pallets. :D We have different Googles but I'll find you a pork pie recipe as I came across one recently. I'm about to head to bed but I'll dig it up for you soon.
