Guardians of The Lambsfoot!

Once I put an edge on this one I think it will be a fine knife. This stag on the mark side was very thick so I sanded it down to match the thickness of the pile side; feels much better in hand now. After repairing the play in the blade the action ended up quite nice, though I need to sand the pivot pin back flush with the bolsters.
As compared to my last two the blade on this one is actually well made; the geometry is spot on, everything even and the best part is that the thick area near the choil isn't present, so I can actually sharpen the edge all the way down.

I still have some catching up to do but I thought I would drop in and and say hi.

I'd like to thank all the Guardians for their well wishes and prayers, but the stress test did not go well. They say the results were abnormal, and I need to see a cardiologist. Unless he signs off on it next Tuesday, I can't have the neck surgery. I'm frustrated beyond words.

Really sorry to hear that, Jeff. My thoughts and best wishes are with you. Hopefully it is nothing serious.

Sorry to hear that, Jeff. Hoping for the best.

Each time I see a photo of one of those Waynorth Cutlery Lambsfoot knives, especially the jigged bone model, I'm left speechless. To see piles of them like you posted, @KellyGlanzer and Ron Half/Stop Half/Stop , required using a defibrillator before I could respond!:thumbsup::thumbsup:;) Sublime collections, gents!:thumbsup::thumbsup::cool:
Thanks Gary! :)

Thanks, Ron! Have a great weekend! I kniw there will be plenty of photos to follow!
Thanks Dennis! I hope you’re feeling better! :)

Prayers sent your way Jeff!

Very sorry. Hope the cardiologist has better news.

I was fortunate that my heart scare a couple of years ago turned out to be nothing. (Well, not *nothing*...but it was only acid reflux.)

My greatest frustration was that after being injected with radioactive isotopes a couple of times I emerged with exactly zero superpowers.

Jeff, as my Dad would say "That's a real bugger", may the spirit of peace be with you through these difficult times.

Sorry to hear they said that Jeff. How we view things in our lives does make a difference! Keep thinking positive thoughts as the Guardians and I will!

black mamba black mamba - That exact thing happened to me when I got my knee replacement. The Physicians Assistant giving me my last exam before the operation suddenly said; "Has anyone ever told you you have a heart murmur?" Well, I got POed because that would have meant a delay in the surgery. They scheduled an echo-cardiogram and no heart murmur was detected and the operation proceeded. Just try to relax and not get too excited. Relax, think happy thoughts.

It's happened to a couple/three other people I know and everything worked out for them. I swear - I think sometimes they do it just to get the extra bucks from us for the added exam.

Good luck. Knife content.
