Sounds like a solid plan.Maybe I'll make pancakes myself NEXT Tuesday

Padre Island along the Texas coast; that's the Gulf of Mexico in the pics. Looking at my GPS, the beach we were on is called "Whitecap Beach"; Whitecap Boulevard leads to it. It's just across the JFK Causeway from Corpus Christi, about a 25-minute drive from my house.Great looking photos! Which beach?

 - Thank you Jack. May you have all the pancakes you can eat.

Had the Ol' Bear Trap with me today.

I was watching a series of documentaries on Irish history yesterday that I thought you might find interesting

Taylor's Eyewitness lambsfoot arrived from across the pond. Sharp, centered, great w & t.

I was just browsing @Âchillepattada 's thread on French amateur knifemaker Stephane Thomachot. In addition to putting new cover's on A's WCLF, Stephane has had a go at making the pattern himself. What do you think Guardians?

Stainless? Is there a "hump" in the spine above the nail nick, or an optical illusion?

Here's an update (pages 701-710 now available) of a table I posted previously, showing data that suggest the acceleration of this thread over time. (And I think it "misses" the frenzy of activity when the 2019 Guardians ironwood lambsfoot knives started arriving in mailboxes!)
I counted how many days elapsed during the first "decade" of pages in each "century" of pages in this thread. Results:
Pages __________ Days Elapsed
1-10 _____________ 30
101-110 ___________ 14
201-210 ___________ 11
301-310 ___________ 16
401-410 ___________ 12
501-510 ___________ 8
601-610 ___________ 3
701-710 ___________ 2

Congratulations on your Hartshead!

Nice to see them both riding together again.

Nice looking knives. I love that makers are starting to catch on to the pattern.
