I only make pancakes at home every couple of years, so I sometimes cock-up the first pancake Today, the second was none too pretty either It tasted good though, had it with some chocolate ice cream and my Drambuie sauce (maple syrup & Drambuie ). Reckon I should be able to manage another shortly

Ice cream on pancakes... I've not seen that before.

Well there's four of us... So

When I was a kid, we had a squeeze of orange and a sprinkling of sugar, or Lyle's Golden Syrup, the former is still my favourite way to eat pancakes I did have some fancy pancakes last year though, with coconut ice cream, nuts, and mango sauce...

Delicious, but I could hardly taste the pancakes! I had chocolate ice cream on one tonight mainly because I want stuff like that out of my house before tomorrow!

Plain with golden syrup for me.

Mmmm....that's still the way my kids love them, even though they're not kids anymore. I find it a bit sweet myself these days though. Hope you enjoyed them Tim, great pic

To my eyes it sure does look like my Dad’s M43. There will be a diorama. Just recharging my batteries. I ran the post of the non Lamb Foot knife with that incredible fob you created in another thread.

Dennis, a Veteran of the Gulf War, like my Dad(Battle of the Bulge). belonged to the legendary 3rd AD Spearhead group. He generously and kindly gifted me with 3rd AD Spearhead memorabilia.
