Guardians of The Lambsfoot!

Thank you, fellas!

It's been wonderful getting caught up today, seeing some very fine knives and seeing some cheerful faces. I'm a reserved, but not bashful, sort - though I might send the children scurrying and the adults reaching for their pitchforks...

I rarely take a selfie but my wife took this pic the other day and it's a pretty good representation of yours truly...

And to keep it knife related, I'm enjoying a fine Friday evening with a regular companion.

You need some Viking beard beads, Dylan!

Wow! Some great portraits posted.

Jack Black Jack Black - Thanks Pal. Your looking as sharp as your Hartshead. Some fine images, too.

@donn - Beautiful Cathedrals.

Good Evening Guardians. Our State Governor ordered as of tomorrow to shelter in place. I didn’t tell him that I’m a master of social distancing and staying at home. Nothing to joke about, but holding on to a sense of humor is a great stress reliever. May you all be safe.

Here’s a peaceful place.

Wow Mike! You been in the time machine buddy?! :D Great pic :) Hey, you might not get it for a while, but the offer of some Taylor's shaving cream is still open! ;) :D

I'm at the school finishing up preparations for the next round of "at home instruction" packets for our students. I'm lambsfoot knife-less, but I do have these sweet buttons from Jack.

Great to put a face to a name Joshua, that's a nice pic my friend :)

Thanks for thinking of me! I’m still alive, kicking, and lambsfoot totin’!

I started a new job last fall and let my BF participation drop to essentially zero while I was in an intense learn-and-establish-myself phase. The job is going quite well and I’ve now settled in to a sustainable routine, but I have yet to re-establish regular participation here. I have been lurking a bit in the lounge the last couple of days, though, wondering how my BF friends are doing with all that’s been going on.

I’m living the shelter-in-place life now, but am healthy and my job is secure. It’s deeply troubling to me that not everyone can say the same. I am hoping for the best possible outcome, but bracing for the worst and trying to figure out how I can best help.

I can’t say when I’ll be a regular participant here again, but I do think of you all often and will be renewing my Gold Membership when it expires next week. In the meantime, please stay safe and let’s all look out for each other and our families, neighbors, and communities.

Great to see you here Greg, I hadn't realised how long you had been away! Thanks for checking in, and catching up here :) Take care and stay safe

Well, I am pleased to say after my latest EDC Rotation my Hartshead is with ma a lot lately - still has a wee bit of s Stout pull- I dont mind this as I usually pinch it open anyway- its not the thinnest blade in the World- but a Blade you don't want to mess with with gorgeous Stag- I simply LOVE this Knife!

Great to hear Duncan, and it's good to see you here mate :) I found the pull on my Hartshead Barlow lighter than on the Guardians 2019 knives, how stiff is it Duncan? Let me know if it's a problem if it doesn't ease up pal

Thank you, fellas!

Fantastic pic Dylan, and a great shot of your WCLF too :) You'd love it at York Viking Festival! I could hold your cloak! :D :)

You're a kind man Harvey, I'm afraid I don't take a good pic, I either try to smile and look like I shouldn't be trusted with sharp objects, or don't smile and look psychotic! o_O I was going to get a new passport a couple of years back, but the photos were so bad, I thought 'They're never going to let that man through customs!' :D Stay safe my friend, and thanks for the vid and great pic :)

Morning Guardians, for most of us this is certainly not a regular weekend, but I hope everyone is safe and well, managing to find something to do, and managing to keep a smile on your face :) Life's got to be better with a Lambsfoot right? :) Even better with two! ;) Yep, Lucy's out of the box! :D

Thank you, Jack. It is fun to see the faces behind the comments. I love the variety, but I’ll admit to being a bit jealous of the beards.

Good Morning Guardians
I'm very jealous of Dylan's and Vince's beards.
I've been using my free time to clean out my garage and will start setting up my Leather Shop soon.
The garage was a mess and became the major storage place during the remodel of our house. We couldn't even see out that window.

Notice there's a Lambsfoot on the bench.:thumbsup:

Looks like you've made a good start John :) I think it's going to be a while before I run out of jobs to do in the house, but I sure as heck would rather be out hiking! :grumpy: ;)
