Jack Black I’ve been eating quite a few “English Muffins” Jack! We’ve found that they keep very well in the freezer until time to use them. The ones I’ve been eating are also an excellent source of fiber. Something I had never heard of when I was younger. Now the doc says he wants me to have a minimum of 25 grams each day. That is not really all that easy to do!

I’m carrying this Standard size Pere David Stag example today! Be vigilant out there my friends!

Yeah, I sometimes keep them in the freezer myself Ron, same with those pikelets, just in case I run out of bread Now I have some bread, so I might have another couple of pikelets with my afternoon coffee, as they're de-frosted now Nice Lambsfoot my friend
