Guardians of The Lambsfoot!

G’day Guardians! :D It rained all night so I’m using that as an excuse to not be mowing my yard. ;) Wasn’t there and old say that went something like “Never do anything today you can put off until tomorrow!” Since this sheltering in place crap it seems that has been my motto to live by! I do know another old saying that I’m a firm believer in! If one is good, two is twice as good! :D

Thanks Jack, no stood up fine thanks and I'm even sitting ok at the mo' and not felt the need to lie down, (which is unusual as I usually want to lie down whether I've a bad back or not).:D

Aye I'm happy you've grabbed it to if just so we can see regular shots of it.

Crumpets, pasties, bacon. The apocalypse could come tomorrow and I'd be happy with that as my final meal.:D

Thanks for the good wishes John. For this one it was a premature change to my summer quilt which let my back get to cold at night. It's happened before, it'll happen again.

I've enjoyed everyone's sourdough bread antics recently, so this is a cheat in comparison. My brothers banana bread made in a bread maker. I've just had a slice and it's absolutely delicious!

Glad to hear you're on the mend David. I am too, but us old fellers take a bit longer ;)

I had an apple pie and a couple of packets of Hob Nobs in that basket too :D

Tasty-looking banana bread my friend, and a couple of great pics :)

Great photo, Jack! I see you have your TP! :D

LOL! Thanks Gary, it didn't seem to sell out here so much

I see that you are wearing your mask. May be a fashion statement in the near future. My daughter, Cathleen, is a Fashion Designer for Khloé Kardashian's Company, The Good American. They have been making designer masks and donating some of the proceeds to the fight against Covid-19. Can't keep them in stock. Me, I used a cut up piece of pillow case.:D

You wouldn't want to see me without it Bill! :D That small supermarket is a little cramped so I don before I go in ;) I think Darth Vader started the trend :D

Thanks Jack. Before her surgery she had days she could barely get out of bed. It’s been a life changer for her. The only pain she has to deal with now, and it’s not in her back, is ME! :D I’m afraid you’re exactly right about the masks Jack. I would never have dreamed it possible! :(

Thanks David! I’m sure you’ll be seeing it on a regular basis! ;) Great looking bread and of course outstanding Lambsfoot content! :D

That's terrible Ron :( I was talking to a friend on the phone earlier, and he was telling me a similar tale about the difference surgery made to his life

When I lived in the Middle East, the saying was, 'Never put off till tomorrow, what you can put off indefinitely'!

A very striking pair my friend :)

Surgery was a last resort and never to be considered lightly! :) Indefinitely........ now that’s a good saying Jack! It might bring some complaints, if you catch my meaning! Thanks for the compliment buddy! :)

Good Morning Guardians and anyone else looking in. "Big-un" with Buffalo Horn covers.

Yes, I am sure Ron, all surgery comes with risks. I would never want to give anyone something to complain about

Just messing with ya Jack.:D Know what you mean about the codeine. Hope you get control of your back soon.:)

Thanks for understanding Ed :D I remember when my mother would go through the names of every member of the family before getting my name right! I hasten to add that she did that with my brother and sister too, not just me! :D

My mom does that, too. Sometimes she gets to the dogs names before she finds the one she’s looking for! :D

Hope he's going to be OK soon, back problems can go on a while, as we both know my friend. Hope you're doing OK yourself at the moment

We may never know for certain Ron, but it certainly looks very much like Trevor's work, and I think he is the most likely maker. I'd be interested to know what is marked on the reverse tang. You got a really nice knife there Ron

Couple of great pics there Taylor, looks like your hens are doing you proud :) Nice to see your well-used Hartshead Barlow :)

Spectacular photos Dan  Well done :)

Couple of smashers there Taylor :)
Thanks Jack! The HHB might be one of my most carried during the lockdown. It pairs up nicely with anything I am carrying! Does need to be sharpened will get to it tonight.

A local photographer took a photo of me shopping for the apocalypse last week ;)

I can't imagine why you needed the cart Jack Jack Black Jack Black . What with all the pockets in your shirt, vest, and trousers a cart was hardly necessary.:eek:

The next thing you'll be telling us is that that's a young Jack Black in the picture off your right shoulder.;)
