Guardians of The Lambsfoot!

 ;)

Thank you Bill, I think back problems are endemic throughout society, I know so many folks who suffer with them :( When I was younger, I could usually figure out what I had done to hurt my back, these days it can just 'go' at any time Unfortunately o_O

It looks well-made Ron, and I know you like the large size :) Thanks pal, that's very kind :) I'm sorry to hear Pam suffers too, I hope she's OK at the moment, when we all have enough on as it is

A local photographer took a photo of me shopping for the apocalypse last week ;)

Great picture and nice threads Jack! You look ready for the apocalypse . Look how easy you scavenged that white gold ( t.p and paper towels) lol :D

Speaking of pain (Rose Beast is bedded on an ace bandage), I ordered 7 Steps to a Pain-free Life and Listen to Your Pain from Abe Books. My little sister's consort says that 7 Steps didn't cure his back pain but made it bearable. My big sister's husband says 7 Steps did cure his back pain.
I'm not too bad for pain right now myself, but the tide of years may have a few tricks up its sleeve for me before it finishes dragging me to death.

My mom does that, too. Sometimes she gets to the dogs names before she finds the one she’s looking for! :D

LOL! :D My mom used to do that too, and she was a lot younger than me when it started

Thanks Jack! The HHB might be one of my most carried during the lockdown. It pairs up nicely with anything I am carrying! Does need to be sharpened will get to it tonight.

That's nice to hear Taylor :)

Great picture of you shopping, Jack.
Glad you got some essentials before your back went out.

Thanks John, my back actually went as I was getting ready to go out, and knowing it was going to get worse, I took some painkillers, and gingerly walked up the road to do my shopping. I was hoping that it might help to try and keep my back mobile, but I was actually in a fair bit of pain when that pic was taken, and hanging onto the cart! I'm sure glad I made the decision to get supplies in though

I can't imagine why you needed the cart Jack Jack Black Jack Black . What with all the pockets in your shirt, vest, and trousers a cart was hardly necessary.:eek:

The next thing you'll be telling us is that that's a young Jack Black in the picture off your right shoulder.;)

They call that shop-lifting here though Ed! :D ;) I counted the pockets, and there were 26 (not counting my rucsac)! :D No wonder I couldn't find my wallet! :D ;) I usually just use a basket rather than a cart, but I needed something to hang onto! ;)

What a contrast Ed! :D

It's Jack, all those pockets are full of knives and survival gear. ;)

:D ;)

Dad once addressed my little sister as Mac, and on another occasion, my big sister as Chloe.
Mac was our Scottish terrier, and Chloe was our calico cat.

:D

Jack Black Jack Black - Thank you Jack. Looking good, Bud. Stay safe.

Good Afternoon Guardians.

Thanks for the tip Jer, great pic :D :) They say time is a healer - I've found the opposite, I'm falling apart! Time can be cruel! ;)

Morning Guardians...

Only messing with you! Hope everyone is doing OK, and staying safe and well :) Here's my Hartshead Barlow with my pal...Al :D We've been spending a lot of time together  Have a good day folks

I see that you are wearing your mask. May be a fashion statement in the near future. My daughter, Cathleen, is a Fashion Designer for Khloé Kardashian's Company, The Good American. They have been making designer masks and donating some of the proceeds to the fight against Covid-19. Can't keep them in stock. Me, I used a cut up piece of pillow case.:D

I would hope that in the land of the free and the home of the brave you folks can do better than a pillow case. :D
Surely now is the time to place that cultural icon, the cowboy bandanna, back in the place it so richly deserves to be. :) I.e, around everyone's necks.

Thanks David! I’m sure you’ll be seeing it on a regular basis! ;) Great looking bread and of course outstanding Lambsfoot content! :D

G’day Guardians! :D It rained all night so I’m using that as an excuse to not be mowing my yard. ;) Wasn’t there and old say that went something like “Never do anything today you can put off until tomorrow!” Since this sheltering in place crap it seems that has been my motto to live by! I do know another old saying that I’m a firm believer in! If one is good, two is twice as good! :D

Thanks Ron.
If that was my motto it would just end at "Never do anything today".
That would be it. :D
Great shot of the new and the old there.

Glad to hear you're on the mend David. I am too, but us old fellers take a bit longer ;)

I had an apple pie and a couple of packets of Hob Nobs in that basket too :D

Tasty-looking banana bread my friend, and a couple of great pics :)

Thanks Jack.
Aye, I've heard about this old age lark. But I'm sure I'll be to busy working 'til I drop to worry about it though...:D

Surgery was a last resort and never to be considered lightly! :)

I've a friend who was a climber and mountain biker who suffered a botched surgery on their spine. Gets around fine, but will never be able to do the activities she once enjoyed.

But it looks like someone at Warburtons mislabeled your pikelets! ;) :D

That's fightin' talk there Barrett. :D

My mom does that, too. Sometimes she gets to the dogs names before she finds the one she’s looking for! :D

It's good to know where you are in the pecking order. :D:thumbsup: My dad used to do the same. I remember once telling him I don't care what you call me so long as you get it right the one time your writing out your will. :D

Excellent photo of your Hartshead Barlow David  Sorry to hear about your mate's surgery :( I always think Horsewright Horsewright 's wildrags look great, and good value too :) This is probably one of the few situations I could get away with wearing one round my way too! :D

Healthy lunch :)

Thanks David. :) I like your version of the motto, but it would not stand for long around here! I can usually stretch it a day or two, but then I better get cracking! Stay well! :D

Healthy lunch :)

Looking good there Jack! I hope you're feeling some better today my friend! :)

Good morning Guardians! :) I got up this morning and went at 6am for the seniors only hour at Wally World! o_O I got everything I was looking for and then some! I surprisingly scored Charmin TP. :p I even got a set of headlamps to replace the low beams in Pam's car! You've got to keep your priorities in order, if you catch my drift! ;) Talk about one stop shopping at it's finest! I dropped my Ironwood big 'un in the pocket this morning. Y'all stay safe and well out there! :D

There are a lot of YouTube tutorials on fashioning masks out of bandanas. It makes me a little nervous walking into the bank, though.

Good Morning Guardians
Jack, I hope your back is getting better.

I do feel a bit like that John! :D Thank you my friend, I am definitely on the mend :)

LOL! :D Thanks a lot buddy, my back feels a little better as the day goes on, like David's, it is in the morning when it is at its most sore. I'm hoping that I'll be back to normal in a day or two :) Or at least 'normal' in the middle of an unprecedented national lockdown and a global pandemic o_O

LOL! :D Great pics pardner! ;) :)

You should try it! The other day I went in with my bandana and they liked the idea that I would protect everyone so much they gave me a whole sack of free money!

LOL! :D I had my mask on when I went in the other day, but then all the staff behind the counter did too - I guess that's the best side to be on if you're a bandit  :D

Jack, my buddy wrote a quick little funny piece about how he used one of our wildrags. Worth a minute or two to peruse:

Thanks a lot John, I'm very grateful for your support my friend :)

That's a great piece Dave! :D Jack sounds like a cool feller :)

My bad Jack, When I wrote Jack above I meant you, and Jameson wrote the piece. Both start with Js I guess.
