I have had plenty of days like that John, particularly fishing for pike in mid-winter here, when I was a boy. That's some beautiful scenery to be out in my friend :) :thumbsup:

Ok, this is getting a bit like pulling teeth o_O As per my previous post when I resurrected this giveaway (which I now very much regret), if there isn't more interest in it over the next 24 hours, I'll be pulling it. Thanks to the small number of Guardians who have entered, but I thought there might be more interest in putting a Lambsfoot in the hands of someone who has never had one :(

I'm sure John :) When I was a young 'un, all I wanted to do was catch big fish, but when I look back on what I really enjoyed about fishing, the fish are only a part of it, and I miss the early mornings, driving on empty roads, the excitement of quietly tackling-up, the peace and tranquility out in beautiful surroundings, and, at the end of the day, the feeling of a great day out at the river-bank, with the pub beckoning :)
