Arugula salad on top of a pizza!! Looks wonderful, Jack:thumbsup:!! A Lambsfoot to eat it with is the icing on the cake!!
 
I always enjoy reading this wide-ranging thread! :thumbsup::cool::cool::thumbsup: (Although I wonder if @WhittlinAway goes nuts trying to file the posts in the index! :rolleyes:) I don't post here much, though. Here's a photo of my Guardians Lambsfoot from about a month ago during one of two significant January thaws.

Arugula somehow IS classified as an edible plant, really I just looked it up, but it tastes like burnt rubber bands! :eek: How is that even possible?

Here is a steering wheel 'glamour shot' of my constant companion. I would never let its blades touch arugula, umm except maybe to help me fish pieces of the stuff out of an otherwise perfectly good salad. :D

The pickled jalapeno, coleslaw, and the turkey all on wax paper gave it away. Also, the carton with the pickles and onions.

Pretty darn good Texas BBQ for a gas station!! :thumbsup::thumbsup:

Thanks, r8shell. :) The light is actually mid-morning, but in January the sun comes up way south of east, and it stays low all day. So you get the "horizontal rays, late in day" effect all day long in the winter (on the rare occasions we see sun in January :rolleyes:).

Just finished a very tasty and satisfying bowl of 6 types of breakfast cereal and 5 types of fruit/seeds/nuts, but that BBQ pic still has my mouth watering! :thumbsup::cool::thumbsup:;)
