Old Faithful did not fail. Neither did the Barlow knife.
Great post Taylor, you are really seeing the sights
Natural always trumps man made, i have pure Merino fine wool underlay tops, there is no comparison between them and man made synthetics.
Absolutely Leon, you can't beat that Merino wool
Cool picture Taylor, never been to Yellowstone…yet!

I hope you can visit before too long Leon, you really have some spectacular scenery in the USA
Be sure to hold onto your pic-i-nic basket!
I'm weak... Since I keep seeing these Gary Wines Lambsfoot knives, one finally arrived to join the flock.
And surprisingly quick clean up for a new one
That's good news Mike

Be interested to know how you find the steel, I'm still sceptical about it being O1 rather than C70
Nice all the way around, Jack! The last pic looks like a hardy tool, a wrench or clamp of some sorts?
It's actually a type of pipe cutter Dennis, I'll see if I have another photo with it on. Yeah, really heavy duty piece of gear, and I'm surprised it hasn't been snapped up yet
I'm afraid the only other photo I can find is this one, and the whole tool is 4-5 times bigger. Maybe I can get a pic next week
Sorry not more chatty, hope everyone has a great Friday!
Li'l-un today...
Hope you're doing OK Dennis, it's nice to see your tiddler
Thanks Dennis. I've only had one Lambsfoot better out of the mailbox before this one. Jack sent me a Big 'Un that had the nicest F&F. This one's a close second. Thankfully not a Friday knife
Good news Mike
Good morning Guardians, I've had a busy and stressful week I'm afraid, as some junkies have been causing trouble in my generally very peaceful neighbourhood

Hope everyone else has had a good 'un. I'm late posting because I had to speak to the police, and then my pal and his eldest lad came round, and we went for a much-needed coffee. Got my trusty Hartshead Barlow with me
