Guardians of The Lambsfoot!

That should do the job Todd! :) Great pic

Thanks Jack, also a very nice photo.
Well, I was using the Lambsfoot to score the base of the tree a bit, trying to encourage it to take more water and I must have poked the bottom of my plastic pan. Now I have a leak to deal with! 🤪

Thanks Todd :) Oh no! I've not used my Lamb for much today, just opening some packs of padded envelopes, and a roll of garbage bags

So I was in an insane asylum when I was in the imperial War Museum reading room! Kind of apt.

About 3 months ago, a friend of mine moved into an old folks home next to to the Imperial War Museum, and in the garden he came across a plaque marking a section of the original outer wall of Bedlam. It was quite a coincidence coming across that piece. I mentioned it when we were speaking on the phone, and he told me that the old cells still exist below the museum. He had asked if he might have a look at them, but was told they were strictly off limits.

My wife and I are surprised at how often, since our Yorkshire Day celebration this year, we bump into Yorkshire-related things, even when we're not looking for it. It's probably just an example of the Frequency Illusion (or maybe Yorkshire is lurking everywhere). We watched a very Yorkshire Christmas special tonight - "Mary Berry's Country House at Christmas".

Last chance for me to post some holiday decor with Union Jack before UJ's "reign of terror" ends on Monday and Valley Jack takes up the Lambsfoot of the Week mantle:

You and your wife really put in some fantastic efforts to celebrate Yorkshire Day Tyson :) Maybe your home is a little piece of Yorkshire now! :D :)
I thought tonight’s beer from my German beer advent calendar (which I’ve been posting about over in the Beverages and Blades thread) just had to be paired with a Guardians Lambsfoot. The resemblance is uncanny. 😉😁

Wow, great pic Barrett  Sorry for missing your posts in the Beverages and Blades thread buddy

Good morning Guardians, I hope everyone had a great weekend. Miserable weather here again, and I think we have a full week of it ahead, and another storm due to blow in tomorrow. Starting the week with my Old Reliable ;) Have a good week Guardians

Where's the Atlantic Paranormal Society when you need them?
It sounds like Bedlam was a corruption of Bethlehem, which was news to me, too.
That Boris Karloff movie about it was terrible, even for its early day.
^I had to find this pic in my e-mail. It was a direct upload to my church. (I don't think they used it.)
I won't be using a lambsfoot to open the can of paint you're thinking I need.

LOL! :D I think there were a lot of 'Bedlam's around the country, they were often in the middle of nowhere, and still marked on maps. I think the name of the one where the IWM stands was changed to Bethlem, perhaps because of the bad reputation the places(s) had acquired

I was going to go into town for a haircut, and to buy some stamps, but the weather here is so foul, that I'm going to stay in, and find some chores to do in the house

That link didn't work for me Jer, but I'm sure your Lambsfoot pic would have made a great church Christmas card :)
