Guardians of The Lambsfoot!

That would be a pretty nice Christmas, I'd bet.

Cool pic Jer

LOL! :D I think there were a lot of 'Bedlam's around the country, they were often in the middle of nowhere, and still marked on maps. I think the name of the one where the IWM stands was changed to Bethlem, perhaps because of the bad reputation the places(s) had acquired

I was going to go into town for a haircut, and to buy some stamps, but the weather here is so foul, that I'm going to stay in, and find some chores to do in the house

That link didn't work for me Jer, but I'm sure your Lambsfoot pic would have made a great church Christmas card :)

I like this Christmas flavored post of yours, Jack. Your HHB is right at home with the background.

It's been raining all day here, but I certainly have no shortage of things I could be getting on with...

I decided to clean up, and sharpen this old Whitehouse & Sons axe I picked up a couple of months back :D Well, it's gets something off the table ;) :D

Here's something a few of you might find of interest

This is a very unique offering. I like it! And it's nice to see GEC using a Lambsfoot blade again.
Definitely, particularly since it took Charlie several years to arm-wrestle them into producing one. I'd rather they just went ahead and did another Lambsfoot run, but it's certainly interesting to see this

I agree, Jack. It would have been nice to see a traditional 2-blade swayback jack with a Lamb main and pen secondary, or even some size variations. That said, I do like the sowbelly frame and it will be interesting to see a Lambsfoot blade executed on such - I don't think it's been done before.

I also like the Sowbelly frame Dylan, it's very comfortable in-hand, as well as attractive. I've certainly never seen one used with a Lambsfoot, and it'll be interesting to see how it works. GEC's main objection to producing a Lambsfoot was that it wasn't an American pattern, well that #88 is certainly something unique
