Good Morning Guardians
Spent some time yesterday with my lovely wife, looking at new homes.
We love living in the country, but we are also tired of all the work that comes with it.
I hope everybody's week is off to a good start and that you are all prepared for the holiday season.

I picked up this vintage oil-can the other week (pictured here with my Bagpipe Ebony SFO). Unfortunately, some idiot had filled it with water, rather than oil, so both springs have rusted away

As I have mentioned a couple of times already, over the past few weeks, we've been re-watching The Sopranos, and I've been cooking a different Italian dish for each session (apart from one occasion when we ordered pizza). We have the last two episodes to watch this evening, and I have something to go in the oven, as soon as Her Majesty gets here

Just need to add the cheese

Good morning Guardians, and Happy Solstice! I don't think the days are noticeably longer until well after Christmas, but it can't come fast enough for me. 2022 has got to be better than 2021 right?! Getting on for 8.30am here, but it's still pretty dark outside. I'm going to have a walk up to the post office later this morning, but I think I'll wait until after I've had my morning coffee Hope everyone is doing OK, and that you have a good day

Thanks Bill, I do like the Highland Park, and often seem to be able to pick it up at a good price. It can slip down rather quickly though
