Guardians of The Lambsfoot!

The stamps wear quickly, and so can look different after 6 months, since they cut less crisply
This is one from previous management, stamp cut really crisply and last a lot longer.

The stamp used for the 2019 Ironwood Guardians SFO was brand new, and it cut very crisply, with 'cleaner' lettering. With the Hartshead Barlow, I asked for their oldest stamp, as I wanted it to have an older look. I'm not going to show examples, as that firm have had more than enough publicity from me in the past. I was glad to give it to them then, but not anymore. I wish I had had my own stamp put on the knives, as the former owner offered, or the generic Sheffield stamp 👍

Thank you very much Bill :) I hope that you can stay warm there buddy, and that the snow doesn't cause too much disruption. It's always good to have a Hartshead Barlow close to hand ;) One of my neighbours told me there is snow forecast today, but while cold, this morning was bright and sunny, and I enjoyed having a walk in the park, with my pal and his dog

Hope you have a good weekend Jack.
Supposed to be cold and overcast here tomorrow, but I'm still going to head out for a walk I think

Your HHB lookin' mighty fine my friend.
Good morning Guardians, just calling in briefly, before I head out for my hike, to wish everyone a happy weekend. Enjoy your Saturday Guardians

Jack, I hope your walk was a good one:). Your Hartshead looks great:thumbsup:. We had some ice/frozen rain last night and we're getting a little more today:eek:. Staying indoors today until the stuff goes away😌. In the southern US there isn't much in the way equipment and salt to clear the roads so going out for a drive anywhere is not a good idea:thumbsdown:. Taking a walk is also an invitation to the doctor's office:thumbsdown:.

Good morning Guardians. Laying low today due to the winter storm here in Southeastern US. Hope you all are well and have a good weekend.

Good Morning Guardians
My wife and I are driving each other crazy with trying to decide between remodeling our home or buying a new one.
It's a big decision with no clear "right way" to do it. We are meeting with our realtor today so she can share in the pain and frustration. 🤣
I hope all the Guardians are having a wonderful weekend.

Thank you for all the kind words Bill, it was nice to get out of the city :) That sounds like a sensible plan my friend, and there's far worse places to be than home :) Stay safe and have a good weekend, it's nice to see one of the '19s
Beautiful picture, Jack.
Hope you have fun on your hike.
Thanks a lot pal :)

Thank you Jack, it's always good to see your fabulous HHB and great photos.

Too many bottles open, and the angels have probably had more than their fair share, so I'm attempting to clear the decks a little ;)

Of course now I have to buy replacements :D
I did my “sundries” run yesterday. Found some Samuel Smith’s brown ale. First time in a while it’s been in stock

Thanks Jack. My father-n-law was semi-retired right up to his passing a few years ago at the age of 85. He owned his own independent insurance agency that his father started before him. He just couldn’t give it up, but he was the happiest and kindest man I’ve ever known.
I really like that black and white picture, that door just draws you in. 😊👍
