Guardians of The Lambsfoot!

Great shot Jack. 😎👍
Thanks Todd :)
Helping me grade assignments from home today. 😊👍View attachment 1734769
Great-looking assistant buddy  :)
I was literally laughing out loud. 🤣
🤣
Too early to tell. But I can hear my Usual Lamb sobbing on the desk. Poor thing needs some attention.
🤣 🤣
It was more like four inches since yesterday's second sortie. I was thinking two originally. Not that it really matters until the snow is so deep and wet that I have to impart a constant shimmy to the machine to make it bite instead of push.

I also raked the eaves again. Probably unnecessary with my two courses of ice shield, but I'd hate to find out later that it wasn't unnecessary.

LOL! :D That'd be a national emergency here Jer! :D ;)
Another gloomy, misty(?), drizzly(?) day here in PNW. I wish it would just downpour...this is just depressing 😆

Another day just looking out the window...looks a lot greener and brighter outside than it actually is in the picture...Oh and say hello to Mr. Tiffany, my tabby...

More realistic...

Hi Mr Tiffany, nice choice there :) ;) Hope you get some better weather soon Ken :)
Have a good one, Jack.
Thanks Harvey :)
Your effort with the SFOs was steller. Maybe one day….
Thanks pal, that means a lot :)
Good Morning Guardians.

Deli time. JB SFO
Is that pastrami Harvey? It certainly looks tasty :) Great pic of your 2019 Guardians Lambsfoot too :)
Getting ready for our walk with two patient puppies.

Hope you had a great walk :) I think that is one of my favourite Lambsfoot knives

Beef Wellington for the main course this evening :)

Following Todd's theme for the day... Grading homework.
Ah, you still use “red” ink to grade. Aren’t you afraid you are going to damage the student’s self esteem? 😊

We’re home again tomorrow, but it’s a “snow day” not an “E-Learning” day. So no assignments and no grading. It’s going to be REALLY hard to not buy a knife tomorrow with all that time on my hands. 🤣

I encourage the lowering of their self esteem if it will make them try harder. 🤣

I Double Dog Dare You... and make it a nice one while you're at it. ;)

Close. Old School corned beef on rye with caraway seeds and mustard, with a side of kosher dill pickle. Looks like you have a delightful repast, too.. Nice image. Bon Appétit!
Very nice, that sounds absolutely delicious :) Thanks Harvey, not my best pic, but the food was tasty

Those colours work well John :) ;)

I was also surprised by that :D When I was at skool though, the teachers here used red ink, irrespective of the nature of their comments, just so they stood out on the page
Seems to me back in Japan I had an automatic pencil that allowed selection of black, blue or red. Creation, salvation, and damnation all in one pencil.
:D
Thanks to Jon, bigbill, and Jack; RALF is definitely among my most carried, and most treasured, knives.

Nice to see him again Jeff :)
Edit - Thanks mate, I share your frustration, particularly in as much that it puts people off posting here, and hope that some semblance of normal service returns soon

Good morning Guardians, I'm sure we're all getting frustrated with the current state of the site, which I think we're probably affected by equally. It's a disgraceful state of affairs, which, like all of us, I hope is resolved soon. If you want to have a passing moan about it, that's fine, but if you want to have an extended rant about it, I've already posted a link to the thread in Technical, relating to this issue (twice). Apart from anything else, your post MIGHT actually get read there, by someone who COULD do something about it. It probably won't get read here, but if an extended discussion develops, there's always a danger the thread could be locked. I ask posters to use family-friendly language in this thread because some posters like to browse the threads here with their kids and grandkids. I'd like to think that the Guardians thread is one of those where they feel safe doing that, and I know that some children do enjoy reading this thread. So if you use colourful language, it's other posters who are going to be upset by it, not the people who can resolve the site issues. Thank you for your patience, I feel just the same as you do

For now - and it may not be forever - Bladeforums is still here, (more or less), and so is the Guardians thread, and it's Friday! So have a good one Guardians, and I hope you have a great weekend

Double Lambsfoot Day for me! :)

Good Morning Guardians
I'm continuing on with my Charlie Lamb.
I 'think' I'm starting to get used to it, the blade angle isn't bugging me quite as much.
I do love the beauty, the F&F, the 'snappy' action, the slim frame, the gorgeous Ebony, and just the over-all quality of the knife.
My goal is to become comfortable enough with the blade angle so i can alternate between the Usual Lamb and the Charlie Lamb.
Also, I want to send a Thank You to my friend, Todd. He is keeping me in cool beads and I think I'm starting to get a collection going.

Looking like a rain-out today - cold front moving in so it's going to be and indoor kind of day. Going with healthy for breakfast...for now.

That's a great pic Bill, hope your day goes well :) We've had some rain here, but the weather is actually better than the forecast
Amen... and TGIF. 🤠
I hope you posted that one in the Tech Forum. 🤣
I was going to post a pic of my 1TB removal hard-drive, which is about a third of the size of my phone
That's just 'Amazing'... I love it, great picture! 🤠
LOL! Thanks John :D

The bead was the first thing I noticed! :D Well done Todd  That's good that the WCLF is growing on you John, it's certainly very handsome :)
