Guardians of The Lambsfoot!

Good morning guardians. Another sunny start to the day but it's just a little chilly; 39 degrees F. Will warm up significantly later on in the week. My family up north in PA will be shoveling snow from that last weather system that went though and I'm pleased not to have to deal with it. Got my Sunday LF knife with me today.

Glad you're getting some sunshine Bill, and that's some nice ebony :) Still raining hard here, and forecast to do so until about 10am tomorrow, then we might see the sun :)

Sorry the weather has been so bad there.
Hopefully you will get a break from it soon.
Until then, I hope you find more ways to entertain yourself.
Thanks John, it's been worse today than on the days when there was supposed to be a storm! I've been having a go with my slingshot, though I'm still getting a few strays (better hit rate on my plastic spinner target than on the paper ones)

Good Morning Guardians
Going to a family gathering today.
It's up in the mountains, so the drive will be nice.
That sounds nice John, have a lovely time :) I hope there's plenty of opportunities to use your Lambsfoot :)
Jack, I'm glad you are still enjoying the Blackwell and the arrowhead:thumbsup: The bone is very similar to my Encore.

Uncanny resemblance, makes me wonder if they each jigged their own or there was a 3rd party source of bone.
Thanks Jack!

You're becoming a dead-eye. 🤠
Thanks mate, just getting back to it :D

Thanks Jack!
Bone jigging, and 'scale making' in general, was a specialist trade, and there were many in Sheffield. Also, most Sheffield knives were made by outworkers, who worked for multiple firms

I'm sure you have shared those facts with me in the past. My memory is a virtual sieve:)
Thanks, Jack
