Guardians of The Lambsfoot!

From time to time, I'm buying a new watch, a flashlight, a mobile phone, or something, and I go in search of opinions on reviews. This inevitably takes me to forums, which might be something like our own, but really aren't. I'm grateful for the info, but find myself struggling to fend off falling asleep. I think I just found rock-bottom though, when I went in search of info on quiet vacuum-cleaners! 😜 What kind of boring sod gets so excited about vacuum-cleaners that he buys new ones all the time, and posts barely coherent, and badly-filmed reviews on YouTube?! o_O Mind numbing! 😫

There’s certainly some weird stuff on YouTube, isn’t there? 🤣

I've never even heard of Aquarian. 🤣

I haven’t either, John, but considering he’s a Marvel character, I’m surprised he doesn’t have at least three movies by now. 🙄😉😁

Nice edge on your '18 Jer :)
Thanks Jack; hope you too have a good weekend. Nice pile side photo of your HHB sharing the limelight with that flavored stout. I'm no big fan of flavored beer but I might try a chocolate one some day.
Thanks Bill, I mostly like my beer to taste of BEER! :D
Good morning Guardians. Saturday is starting of well - sunny but a little cool. 45 degrees F now but going up to the mid 60's. Some spectacular Azaleas and Iris (a couple Tulips snuck in there too). Decided to stick with my HHB today.View attachment 1782188 in our neighbors yards.View attachment 1782184View attachment 1782186View attachment 1782187View attachment 1782185
Fantastic pics Bill, and that looks like lovely weather :) It's been a nice day here too, hard to believe we had snow yesterday
Nice pic Pete :)

Me neither! :D As somewhat controversial character it seems :D ;)
Enjoy your purposeful day with your excellent Lambfoot companions. Really enjoyed the “Duck You Sucker” clip. Need to rewatch the film. So much attitude.
Thank you Harvey, it's a great film I think :) As you know, I have a huge interest in Sheffield history, and while he only lived in Sheffield a relatively short while, one of the city's most colourful 19th century characters was Dr John Creaghe, an Irish-born Anarchist who had some involvement in the Mexican revolution. I have heard people speculate that Creaghe may have had some influence on the James Coburn character, but I'm not sure there is any real basis for the speculation
Good Morning Guardians
Fabulous composition my friend, and lovely-looking Lambsfoot :)
Good Morning Guardians.
Getting a late start to posting this morning.
Going with my Love/Hate Lambsfoot relationship today.
Looks great John! :D I was just admiring the slimness of the blade on the one in my pocket today :)

Absolutely full of it! Some pretty weird knife guys! :D The vacuum-cleaner guys might take the biscuit though, and the production of the videos I tried watching was TERRIBLE, with 10 minutes getting the thing out of its box! I'd rather watch paint dry! 🥱 :D

Sounds like everyone is having a pretty good day :) I feel a bit stir crazy with the sunny weather outside, but I've managed to get a lot done today :)

I took some pics earlier, and forgot to the memory card in my camera first!

Me too!
And i like my coffee to taste like coffee.
Yes, that's the way I like coffee too John, though I think that's in another thread! 🤣 ;)
One of the things I love about it.
The blade and handle are very sleek and elegant.
They are, the stock is thinner than the Sheffield examples I have, I wonder how it compares to Charlie's JR original. Certainly makes for a slicey blade

Picked up an ebony lambfoot. Here it is somewhat fresh from its journey across the pond. I've been carrying it all week but just now had time to get a picture of it. You all might get tired of seeing this one. I intend to use it heavily and carry it frequently. I'm thinking I may add a rat tail groove to the bolster.

Congratulations! Enjoy the Ebony! Your scales look very nice.

$12.95 for a Swiss watch? I wish.😂
The King of the Sea Monkeys had one! 🤣

Glad you got a nice one :)
Putting the Charlie lamb to good use...
Looks like you're eating well John :) Definitely "patina worthy"! :D

Good morning Guardians, I hope everyone is having a great weekend. I have some stuff to do in the house to do again today, but hoping I might be able to get out later. Enjoy your Sundays Guardians, and be careful...Lucy is out of the box! :D ;)
