• Happy Thanksgiving to all of you! I hope that you all have something to be grateful for this year and for many years to come
  • America has reached 250 years, and I am grateful to be here, in the best country in the world. Thank every one of you who helps make this country a better place, those who have gone before and risked it all, and those who've paid the ultimate price to make the United States what we are today.

Happy Birthday America! Let Freedom Ring for all time!

Guardians of The Lambsfoot!

I have had quite an adventure today, reckon I must have walked about 7 miles :) I visited Kirkstall Abbey, and had a walk along the river, before going for a pint and a burger, in one of my favourite Leeds pubs :)

Fantastic. Is that a King Fisher?

Sadly not Pete, a heron, which are relatively common here these days. My girlfriend claims to have seen a kingfisher on Saturday, but as she immediately started waving her arms around, and shouting, "Kingfisher!!", I didn't get to see it! 😖 How're you feeling today Pete? I hope you're doing OK
Good Afternoon Guardians
Looking good buddy :)
I don't eat fancy lunches like Jack. But it makes me happy 😁
LOL! :D Looks good to me ;)

It sure fooled me! We have King Fisher around the San Marcos river but they are relatively rare.

Thanks for asking, I am on the mend I believe. Looks like you had a grand adventure!

Me too! My dad like to fry the bologna first 😋.
My dad didn't like to fry ANYTHING! :D Or cook in any other way! :D

I hope I'm thinking of the right pic Pete, and that there isn't a kingfisher in one of them that I've just not spotted! :D Here's what they look like here, compared to the grey heron, which is many, many times bigger

That's great to hear buddy :) Based on what others have said, I'd still take it easy for a few days though
