Thank you, Harvey.A nice sunny day for you, i just love the weather beaten look of your rosewood covers.
Wonderful Lambsfoot, one of my all-time favorites.
I'm happy to see you keeping your Lambsfoot in action, Todd.
Not me.. Has anyone else ever seen one with a hammer?
I believe that's a custom made rig Jack. I like it.I picked up this unusual sack hook in an antiques shop this morning. Has anyone else ever seen one with a hammer?

Looks like a jam-packed fun day. Splendid images, Jack.
Love that piñata, Jack!
That looks like a re-mod with the hammer head replacing the original handle.Has anyone else ever seen one with a hammer?
DefinitelyNot me.
A mixed media tool.

I think you're right guys, it's not a standard tool. All the other sack-tools/cargo hooks I've seen have been very plain and utilitarian by comparison, with wooden handles. I guess I'll never learn the full story behind this one, but it's interesting, and I could see how it might be useful. Perhaps some artist had it made to aid shipping his paintings or something! That looks like a re-mod with the hammer head replacing the original handle.![]()
That looks tasty
Thank you Harvey, I'm surprised how tired I feel after a few days adventurin' - must be old age I guess!Looks like a jam-packed fun day. Splendid images, Jack.
LOL!Love that piñata, Jack!
Thank you for the clarification FrankThanks, Elliott. Gary and I are good with the existing guidelines. In Traditional, we talk about the knives, not where to buy them.
If someone sees a particularly delightful item, there's nothing wrong with starting a private conversation (AKA "sending a PM") or leaving a visitor message asking the lucky owner about the source. But we try to keep such conversations out of the discussion threads.
