Can’t get enough of this one.
Thank you, Harvey. :)

Cool Lambsfoot, it always freaks me out when I do't see pins.
Beautiful John, that handle is glowing.
Thank you, Todd. :)

Well the Pork butt turned out great, even though we forgot the cilantro. 🙄
When it was ready we had to take it over to my mother-n-law’s (she isn’t getting around very well anymore). I grabbed a knife and we left. After I pulled some I took a pic. Problem is I didn’t grab my Lambsfoot when we left. So there is a photo in the Totin’ thread of the finished product. 🤣

Looking good Pete
Nice-looking Big 'Un there :)

Doh! 😆 Glad it turned out great Todd, I'll look out for the pic buddy :D
Just a quick stop to wish all dads a Happy Father's Day! Stay safe and healthy Guardians.
Good to see you here Ted, hope you had a nice day :)

Good morning Guardians, hope everyone had a great weekend, and a Happy Father's Day :) Weather's a little dull so far here today, but maybe it'll brighten up a bit later. I'm heading down to the Royal Armouries later. Hope everyone's week gets off to a good start. I'm starting mine with my Rosewood Big 'Un :)

Having grown up in Omaha my dad took my brother and me to Johnny Rosenblatt Stadium for the Series every year. Saw more than one future big leaguers. One that I remember was Reggie Jackson who’s forearms looked like Popeyes. Since moving to SF many years ago and my wife getting an MBA down on the Farm I’ve been a Cardinals fan. Hope that they do well this year 🤞.

That’s really cool! I’ve only been once, met up with some friends from high school/college in Omaha in 2018 for a couple games. Tough start for Stanford this year 😉, but if there’s one thing I’ve learned about the CWS, it’s that you never know what’ll happen.

Pine nuts are great with pasta. In fact, I believe they are one of the ingredients in pesto, which is good with pasta.

I can remember having spaghetti in Italy, just with garlic, pine-nuts, and good olive oil, and it was a real eye-opener. I used to use pine-nuts in pasta regularly, but they are not commonly available here, and they're expensive. Apart from in pesto, it's a while since I had them, so I should pick some up :)

After watching the Pixar film Luca last summer, Eleanor and I made trenette al pesto (a Ligurian dish featured in the movie) from scratch. I’ve never been a huge pesto fan, but it was fantastic!

Good morning Guardians, I hope everyone is having a nice weekend. I'm kind of worn out, after a few days of rushing around taking photographs, so I think I'm going to stay at home today. I'd like to say I'll be putting my feet up, but I have plenty of chores to do I'm afraid, as well as some work I need to get on with. Certainly going to be taking it easy though ;) :D I hope you all have a great Sunday, and that you enjoy carrying your Lambsfoot knives :) Here's my Sunday choice

😁😁

Just getting this pork butt started this morning. It’s seasoned with Mexican spices and will make fantastic tacos tonight. 🌮👍

That sounds great, Todd. With a few pork butts under my belt now, I’ve been curious to branch out a bit with flavors/spices. Mexican seems like a good way to go. I saw a recipe recently for Korean pulled pork where the butt was marinated in gochujang that sounded pretty good, too.

Maybe I can work up a Yorkshire pulled pork recipe. 😁

Well done :) It's been a few years since I last made pesto, but it is so much better than the stuff you buy in jars. I buy both basil and tomato pesto in jars, but I usually use it almost as a background flavour. A Portuguese friend once showed me how to make a type of pesto from walnuts, and LOTS of garlic :)

I think I might need one my friend! :D ;)

My trip to the Royal Armouries didn't go according to plan :( A shame they can't update their darn website 🤨
