I hope that you get your work done Bill, and that you have a nice dayGood morning Guardians. Another hot and sunny day here in NC. Back out in the yard early today to get in some work before the heat builds to intolerable levels again. Then I'll watch some of the U.S. Open. My HHB in the pocket today.

I can sympathize with you on the old bones Jack.I hope that you get your work done Bill, and that you have a nice dayWhen I was at Knaresborough Castle yesterday, there was a small putting green, and I thought about getting a pic of one of the flags with my Lambsfoot. The flags were only a few inches above the hole though, and I was suffering with my knees as it was!
Good to see your Hartshead Barlow

My knees have been the least of my problems until relatively recently Bill, but I'm having some 'mechanical' issues the past few years, as well as arthritis. Diclofenac and Ibuprofen help a little, but I have stomach problems, and so have to take them sparingly. The gel is certainly helpful too, and when my fingers were bad in the winter, I tried a cream containing capsaicin, which seemed to help. Sorry to hear you're suffering Bill, I hope you can keep active. Yes, it's not a lot of fun is it, I miss being indestructibleI can sympathize with you on the old bones Jack. You do a lot of walking and hiking. What do you use for your knees to manage their stiffness? Most of my pain comes after my activities but I have been taking Ibuprofen before I do anything and I also use a rub on gel that is pretty effective.
Lately, because I golf a lot, I have some tendonitis and arthritic pain in my right wrist and thumb. The gel is very helpful for that as well. Isn't the aging process so very challenging to say the least?

Thanks, we're good with the existing guidelines, Elliott.

At least taking it easier is just what the doctor ordered.Good morning Guardians, I hope everyone is having a nice weekend. I'm kind of worn out, after a few days of rushing around taking photographs, so I think I'm going to stay at home today. I'd like to say I'll be putting my feet up, but I have plenty of chores to do I'm afraid, as well as some work I need to get on with. Certainly going to be taking it easy though![]()
