LOL!Olivia and her sister Joan Fontaine both attended Los Gatos High School which I lived nearby for about 40 years. I spent most of that time stuffed at the Black Watch, a bar in town. Trigger I think is stuffed and in Branson, Missouri.
Yay!Good to be home!

"Here's Gisbourne, so in love with Lady Marian that he daren't say 'boo' to her, and this saucy rascal gives her better than she says!"I've been watching a film from my childhood, and from my dad's childhood (it was his favourite)

I was glad to find it, on DVD, at a reasonable price, the other week. It has an extra disc, which is full of fascinating short films, and some 85 year old bloopers and outtakes. Incredible to think that Jimmy Cagney was first supposed to play the Robin Hood role! Here"s a tidbit for
JohnDF too, Olivier de Havilland"s horse in the film, then called 'Golden Cloud', was later adopted by Roy Rogers, and became 'Trigger'!

Thanks JohnGreat picture, Jack.
Don't you guys have like a door-dash or grub-hub type of food delivery system there?
Great line!"Here's Gisbourne, so in love with Lady Marian that he daren't say 'boo' to her, and this saucy rascal gives her better than she says!"
You'd think at some point that all the people will return to work.Absolutely everywhere is short-staffed at the moment

They may find that all the good jobs have been filled with whomever they could find, and the skilled workers and the well-educated will be delivering your groceries.
Almost everybody has (prime minister, parliament, and a large part of the civil service excepted), but we used to rely on a large pool of, mainly European, labour, to clean our hospitals, deliver babies, cure cancer, pick crops, drive buses and delivery vehicles, wait tables, serve drinks, issue prescriptions, care for our old folks, cook restaurant food, issue train tickets, etc, etc, etc. But most of those people aren't here anymore, particularly the ones who performed the lower paid of those jobs...You'd think at some point that all the people will return to work.

That makes sense... Over here, I think it's mostly people finding jobs where they can work from home and increasing the unemployment benefits.we used to rely on a large pool of, mainly European, labour,
Good to see you checking in, "Matt".
Hope you enjoy your last day of vacation, my friend.
