Wow Steve, stunning TEW! I need to get out more! :D ;)
Here’s a picture of the pile side of this lambsfoot along with my cat.

The roller coaster is the Giant Dipper. That’s better than just big. Here’s a good video.

Awww :) Roller coasters have changed a lot! :D I found myself reading a bit about their history, pretty interesting :)
I avoid crowds like the plague, especially packed beaches.
Same here!
My Father was the same, i would not call it finicky, i reckon they were just more conservative and less adventurous, any food that they had not been brought up on seemed very foreign to them.

Really Leon? Yeah, maybe it was a generational thing. I grew up at a time when you knew what you were going to have to eat that night because of the day of the week it was! 🤣 There was no other fruit, but apples, oranges, and bananas, (the latter still considered a treat), and salad was a piece of lettuce! 🤣 My dad wouldn't even eat fresh or frozen peas though, insisting that the only "real peas" came out of a can! He did get a bit better as he got older, I think he might have even tried a tomato!🤣
Thank you Jack.

Me thinks you needed it. Hope it refreshed you.
Thank you my friend, I hope I can sleep tonight! :D

LOL! :D Great matching pair  How're you getting on with that slingshot? I like the new design clips Wasp are doing, better than the first ones they did

I like the new clips also. I'm enjoying shooting this one. But I'm tending to shoot a bit high so I'm working on that.

My little Guardians waiting for Mom to arrive. Both are terrier mutt rescues. They are the best. View attachment 1919899
Great-looking dogs Pete :)

Turned my picture, but it is still a winning knife. Howdy Guardians!
Nice to see the pile side Joshua :)
Thanks Jack, yes it's fairly long .

Interesting to see Steve :) When I was a teenager, I used to walk part of my way to work past the old TEW factory, and there were scores of workers teeming in through about a dozen entrances. A shame they went into decline :(

Thanks, guys. I’m not really an axe guy (I mean, I like ‘em fine, it’s just not something I collect or am “into” like knives), but I couldn’t pass up that Keen Kutter stamp. 😁
Don't blame you Barrett
Pete, well done on the rescue pups! We rescued our best bud Louie the day before he was going to be put down. Thanks for stepping up for your beautiful friend’s‼️🙏View attachment 1919966
Well done :)

Good morning Guardians, hope you're all enjoying a great weekend. It took me a while to get to sleep last night, but then I slept like a log, not waking up until an unprecedented 10.00am!! I could have easily gone back to sleep too! 😴 Hope it's not related to my bump on the head on Thursday  What're you doing today folks, what do people do in the US over Labor Day weekend, are there any traditions, or is it just a case of putting your feet up? I don't think I'm going to be doing much today, it's quite gloomy outside, so I might just stay in, and work up an appetite for a sausage sammich ;) :D Have a great Sunday Guardians :)

Summer holidays are mostly about grilling, I think.
I've bought some sausages and coleslaw and potato salad I'll eat outside, and I aim to haul the grill out.

And, round these parts, the haywagon sale on Pullman road between Gobles and Allegan. I went yesterday, my usual antiquing day.

Very nice photo Jack. Monday we will celebrate Labor Day by attending a cookout hosted by good friends. We will bring a food item or dessert. The rest of the day/weekend will be gardening in the yard and relaxing.

Good morning Guardians. Hope you all are having a great weekend. My wife and I are preparing for a vacation trip to Warsaw, Budapest, Vienna and Prague. 15 days in all starting on the 12th of September. Today I'll have my HHB with me to assist with some yard work.

Hi Jack,

Labor Day to me is the last big get together of the summer months. Spent with family and/or friends. The foods I think of are grilled chicken thigh, burgers and hot dogs. Potato salad and watermelon. Canned beer in the ice chest under lots of ice.

Hanging around beside the river, lake or a backyard pool.
