That is an established fact Pete. A well written letter can light a fire seen for miles. Twice I’ve penned letters to the BBB. The miscreants came begging with hat in hand.Jack,
I am normally a “live and let live” type of guy but I have been known to pen a letter or two for situations such as this. Serial misbehavior is generally the result from a lack of good management. You may consider sending a letter to the owner or if this is a chain pharmacy, corporate office. There is nothing like a politely written shaming to get the thing unstuck.
Thank you very much my friend.Fantastic
Many thanks Leon.Nice crop of " Toms ". And always love seeing your " Lamb " posted.

I hope everyone is having a great dayI had quite a busy one, with a lot of walking, and was out of the house 6 or 7 hours. After having lunch with my pal, I had to wait around for a couple of hours for my Covid jab, which I had booked a few days ago. When I got to the front of the queue, I was informed they "weren't equipped" to give them out at that branch, and by this time it was too late to book one elsewhere
I once worked in a pharmacy in war-torn Beirut, and there was considerably less chaos than in that place!

Thanks Harvey. Have to admit though, you had me thinking what rule my post was breaking!Breaks rule. So does your image, Todd.
Very nice colors Harvey.

I don't think I've noticed before that your Lambsfoot doesn't appear to be a Swayback? Swell End?

Cool photo Dwight, gorgeous knife.
Good for you Dwight! In a time of email and text messages, a well hand written letter in cursive has become a novelty which holds its own power in and of itself. An art lost I fear. That is an established fact Pete. A well written letter can light a fire seen for miles. Twice I’ve penned letters to the BBB. The miscreants came begging with hat in hand.
Thank you Todd!Cool photo Dwight, gorgeous knife.
Taking a break rules. Better?Very nice colors Harvey.![]()
Sorry Tyson!I thought I was going to learn a subtle new distinction in knife frames, but instead I'm just reminded that "The United States and Great Britain are two countries separated by a common language" as Shaw put it.
Nice crop there Dwight, and a great pic
I think this is what I'm going to do Pete, it's part of Britain's biggest pharmacy group. I don't know what their attitude is towards incompetence, but 'bullying in the workplace' might be a different matter. There are in-store CCTV cameras, and I very much doubt there hasn't been a complaint about this individual's behaviour before. Since I've been a customer there, I've noticed a high level of staff turnover, with one exception - the bullyJack,

Good for you Jack. You should not have to put up with this. No one should. I do not know the terminology used for this behavior in England but over here the buzz word for immediate action would be “hostile work environment “, just FYI. If that phrase is uttered, much less written, in a complaint (formal or not) in my workplace = automatic investigation.I think this is what I'm going to do Pete, it's part of Britain's biggest pharmacy group. Me too Pete! I had to drop down from Islay Scotch to Canadian blend Forty Creek. It's all Joe Biden's fault.
