You sure do take a good picture, Dwight.
Fantastic!
Love those old steam engines and cars.
Hope you enjoy te game, my friend.
Some good Bourbon being consumed tonight gents. Pete, that Evan Williams is hard to beat for the price. Great neat, and inexpensive enough that you don’t feel bad if a guest wants to mix it with something. And Blanton’s is a home run Jeremy! Not readily available around here but I have a buddy that lives in Kentucky and he brings it whenever he comes to visit. A real treat. Enjoy fellas! Thanks Pete, the bourbon is only of my favorites (Blanton’s) and the Charlie lamb isn’t half bad either.
Glad you made it safely John. That place looks awesome. Looking forward to more pictures tomorrow.Made it to McCloud in time for dinner.
walked around "downtown" for a bit afterwards.
I took pictures of the whole downtown area for you all... Don't blink.
We ate here...

This is the Mercantile... used to be the company store. It now has a hotel upstairs and shops down below.
We lie to sit on the big porch in the afternoons and visit with the locals. Everybody is very friendly. Our favorite cafe is on the corner.

Thanks Pete, that's a good tipGood for you Jack. You should not have to put up with this. No one should. I do not know the terminology used for this behavior in England but over here the buzz word for immediate action would be “hostile work environment “, just FYI. If that phrase is uttered, much less written, in a complaint (formal or not) in my workplace = automatic investigation.
I hope this is resolved quickly. Medicine is life essential and that point may assist as well. Good luck Jack. Hoping for quick resolution.
I think we're all economising buddy
Brilliant photos Dwight!I carry a lambsfoot for many reasons. Not the least being it is and always has been the chosen cutlery of the "Mick". This is for youJohnDF ! Oh ... and Mickey says ... "Hey!"View attachment 1939126View attachment 1939127
Sitting here having some breakfast on Saturday morning. I have an above ground railway line running next to my new digs and heard a familiar whistle. 3 Steam Loco's went past hauling old carriages. Have taken a photo, but only with my phone so did not come out very well. If i knew it was coming would have walked across the road to the station to get some better shots.

Hope you enjoyed the game Leon, I like your house menu mateJohnDF Knowing you love of all things sport and food, especially together, this is this afternoons snack food. We have our biggest game of football on, the equivalent of your Super Bowl. Going to watch it if is interesting, but if it's one sided i get bored pretty quickly. Menu, German Hot Dogs, with some French Mustard and a mild Australian Steak Sauce. We are after all " Multi - Cultural ".
The dogs will be sliced with a trust Lambsfoot.

I stockpiled four bottles a few years ago and don’t drink it very often (have some other “regulars” I drink that can be easily replaced) because I knew that it would be nearly impossible to get moving forward. Some good Bourbon being consumed tonight gents. No worries, Jack, thankfully weeks like these don’t come along very often. This weekend will do a lot to help that, going to see (and help) my son’s high school band play at the farmers market this morning and watch some dirt track racing this evening. Thanks Pete, that's a good tipI've been self-employed since 1991, so a bit out of date with that kind of stuff, but I think I've heard that phrase used
