I think I'm going to have to change pharmacy Harvey. I've stayed there because the location is so inconvenient, but they're getting worse. The main problem seems to be a very bossy individual, who isn't even a pharmacist, but who has taken control of the place. She's in a permanent state of crisis, incredibly incompetent, and constantly bullies the other staff. I saw her reduce one of the pharmacists to tears the other day by her aggressive behaviour

Thanks buddy, I just came across them, outside a country pub, on one of my walks, but I've found them elsewhere too. During our first lockdown here, a lot of kids were making them

I am normally a “live and let live” type of guy but I have been known to pen a letter or two for situations such as this. Serial misbehavior is generally the result from a lack of good management. You may consider sending a letter to the owner or if this is a chain pharmacy, corporate office. There is nothing like a politely written shaming to get the thing unstuck.
