Rosie's nice but brrrrrrrrr!Good morning Guardians !
Snowstorm dumped another 10 inches overnight here. schools and a lot of businesses closed this morning. Just finished clearing my deck and shoveling the front. Thankfully that's about all I have to do. I live in a Townhouse and we have a service that shovels the sidewalks and plows the driveways. My deck is however quite big as it is over my two car garage. I bought an electric snowblower a couple of years ago as it was getting to much for me to shovel anymore.

Thanks Steve, they make for a quite a contrast don't they?!More great pics Jack !
You have captured your trip very well Jack. Thanks for sharing.I paddled along the shore until I was level with another bar, crossing over the beach to it, ordering a beer, and then drinking it while I enjoyed the views, and the sunshine

I liked the bar, where they gave me free tapas, and called me caballero, but I didn't want to have another beer, so I thanked them, and paid, and walked back across the boardwalk, which ran parallel to the one I had walked along previously.

I walked back past the old zoo. I'm not sure what happened with it, there is talk of someone running off with all the money, and also having an expected cash injection not coming due to Covid. Who knows, it's gone now, even if a few of its 'guests' have stayed behind.

I must confess that the steak and stout pies were not homemade - we got them from Trader Joe's (and they're quite good). I love mushy peas, so I'm always happy to have those.Wow, you two really know how to plan a great evening! The pie looks outstanding Tyson, what did you think of the mushy peas? Hope you had a lovely time my friend, great pic

While many lambsfoot knives are lovely - I love the classic swayback with rosewood that I have; similar swaybacks with ebony or stag look good, too; I am always a sucker for shadow patterns, so the bexoid and all-metal LF are very appealing to me, as well; and the stag HHB is obviously a classic - still, the rosewood HHBs might just be the most attractive lambsfoot knives I've seen. Great picture - thank you for sharing that.
That is a lamb well done...and I don't mean served on a plate. Very nice.
My intention is not to taint the lamb forum. This Ibberson seems to have the lines of a lamb but the tip is altered. Any knowledgeable ideas would be welcome.

Beautifully said and wonderfully imaged, Tyson. We are celebrating Tolkien's birthday with steak and stout pies, mushy peas, mashed potatoes, and High Water Brewing Campfire Stout. (Not pictured: salad. We're from California, we have to eat salad.) Homemade apple handpies to follow. After dinner, I'll be reading "Leaf by Niggle" to Dawn, and she's been reading selections from "Letters from Father Christmas" to me. My lambsfoot was already on hand but if it wasn't I would've had to go get it - it just seems like the appropriate accessory for this.
So raise your glass to J.R.R., who showed us other worlds so we could see our own more clearly.
