Is it weird that I feel guilty owning this knife? It is a treasure for sure. A lot of fine members who have contributed way more to this thread would love to have it, but me the new guy gets lucky and snags it off of the exchange. This thing just went into family heirloom and will status and will be passed down to my son.

Many thanks Bob I took that photo down at the market, a stall there sells that cake, which comes in a square slab. They call it 'School Slice', which I think is because it is like something from 160's school dinners, served with custard It is Tool Man's favourite, but we are trying to lay off the cakes a bit this year!
