I told Tool Man, before I found out it wasn't a real firearm, and he said, "I'd have had that." I reminded him that it could be a murder weapon, and he said, "Yeah, it'd be really daft...but I'm also doing daft things!"![]()

Hi Jack, it is ATS-34Nice PeteWhat is the steel by the way?

Oh no Paul, that's rotten, particularly the casualness of it!It looks like I won't be making it in time for my son's birthday. Southwest just canceled all my flights. Was on hold for 2 1/2 hours and they told me they are going through a staffing issue. Really? You were ok taking my money lol. My wife is pretty bummed. At least my son didn't know I was coming. Headed to the Post Office to overnight the gifts I bought for him.
Jack Black looks like the system has us both by the nose. You with the Royal Mail and me with whatever is happening with Southwest Airlines right now. On a brighter note I will no longer be lambless for the weekend
.
Thanks for the info Pete

He is a tough little kid. Besides when you are getting showered with gifts from His 5 aunts and all his cousins how can he be upset. Yeah I don't know how they can do that to people. I would usually say it is what it is but that is why they get away with it. I am going to be that guy. I am going to call and pester southwest until they hate my gutsOh no Paul, that's rotten, particularly the casualness of it!How do they get away with treating people like that, I understand it happens all the time with some airlines?!
I'm sorry you won't get to see your son for his birthday
Thanks for the info Pete
I've been searching for my reading glasses, which I haven't used since yesterday. I rang the pub, but they haven't been handed in, and if I lost them on the bus, I'd say the chances of my getting them back are slim to zero![]()
I'm glad your Hartshead Barlow gets to share in the fun BillLong time since I've been able to go to the range
Thanks John, that's very kind![]()

Agree big Glock fan here. That Lamb is awesome Pete.I applaud what you and the wife did. Would have been a shame if someone got hurt. And I agree, if it was a Colt??? what Peacemaker!
I find there is an astute beauty to the Glock. Not the appearance but in function. Only 34 parts, simple to manipulate, and consistent trigger.

Just checked the Royal Mail site to see if there's any news about international mail, as I'm going to be near the main post office tomorrow. Hard to believe they're STILL not accepting international parcels! I've had a parcel for @Tyson A Wright for a month now!The mail coming out of Ukraine is better!

You do that Paul, it's rotten what they have done. Give them us much bad publicity as you canHe is a tough little kid. Thank you very much BillSome really great photos of your HHB, Jack.
The courier firms here are a disgrace Ed. We have UPS and DHL here, and a bunch of other shoddy outfits. They operate out of dingy corner shops, where the shop owner, who already has 2 other jobs besides, is trying to make more money as a 'UPS Depot'. They don't care if parcels get delivered or not, and are terrible to deal with. I won't even buy from companies who use these courier firmsJackJack Black - Don't you have UPS, FEDEX, or DHL available to ship/receive packages, flat mail (letters, etc.) ?
Glad you're liking that one PaulI am not going to drag this thread down with my negativity. I can't be too mad when I got the stag lamb in my hand. My good friend that I told my wife I would cut ties with Copenhagen snuff doesn't hurt. Bonus picture time.

It is years since I have taken it myself Paul, but I used to buy it for another members dad. The lady in the tobacconist told me they sold more than ever, though I can't remember the last time I saw anyone taking snuff. When I was a teenager, I liked to go in an old street-corner pub. There was an old lady, who would regularly bring her grandmother's huge snuffbox in on Sunday lunchtimes, and pass it round for people to take a pinch if they wantedVery cool Jack. Just read about the snuff. Learn something new every day. Thanks.
Would be better than listening to politics.there are people who can't sleep without listening to the BBC shipping forecast!
