Guardians of The Lambsfoot!

There's actually a link to the wiki page in my post, the movie is many times worse, even than the rambling synopsis! :D A British film critic, supposedly lavishing praise on the "deranged and grotesque" movie, called it "first and foremost a vision of human misery, brutality, and ignorance."  😣
Got it. So a science fiction film that takes place on another planet where autocracy rules, and no one is allowed knowledge beyond the medieval era . I believe I can name more than a few places today where that’s a reality. Does sound depressing.
Big wolf, breathtaking Lamb! :)
Thank you Jack.

LOL! :D Yes indeed Harvey  But, I'm afraid that description, similar to what was on the DVD sleeve, is nowhere near as depressing as the film is in reality! o_O I watched about 20 minutes, during which there is virtually no intelligible dialogue, and all that happens is that some very unattractive, and bizarrely dressed characters, wade through vast swathes of mud and excrement! It is simply appalling! πŸ˜– Obviously I'm a philistine :D ;)

They clearly saved the most exciting bits for the trailer! 😳

First ten minutes! 😴

I was missing-in-action from the forum for a while but I don't think I've seen this one before? Not a '19 so curious as to the wood?

Just in awe of that Lamb
Many thanks Bob.

Just not your thing, but the Kino Lorber Collection might have something you fancy. A lot is free with both clips and full feature films. on YouTube.
One of my favorites.

Thanks for the link Harvey :) I'm afraid the video is unavailable for me, probably a regional thing :(

Not bad at all thanks John, I had a couple of cups of coffee in Charlie's, and then headed out to the country pub I visited the other week, for a pint, and a pint of chips with my mate :D :) Have a good one yourself buddy :)

No apology necessary Gus, we had the discussion a while back, when those knives were first launched (there's also a thread specific to them) :) It is definitely a Lambsfoot my friend, just like the blades on Charlie's dedicated Lambsfoot knives :)

If you can't have meat Jack, there is no better substitute. Always the grand lamb.πŸ‘
I don't really drink a lot of hard liquor, but when I do it's almost always whiskey. Usually, the "bang for buck" stuff like the cheaper Maker's Marks or Knob Creeks bottles.

Just over a week ago, I got my annual bonus from work. So, I thought I would splurge on something a little more expensive and something I might enjoy neat or on the rocks. I've never had Woodford Reserve, to the best of my knowledge. This was one of their pricier bottles. It's a little on the sweet side, and I'm certain there's better whiskeys out there. But, it has some complexity to the taste and I've been enjoying it! Pictured here with my lamb.
