Good morning Guardians. Going over to my friends house today for homemade sausage making. We'll de-bone about 100 pounds of pork shoulder, grind and add our own spices. I alway ad about 20% bacon to my sausage concoction. Decadent! My HHB will no doubt get into the act.
I found this old clock, that my father made many years ago, packed away in a box full of old memories. I think I will resurrect it to working order.
