Guardians of The Lambsfoot!

Thank you for that consideration Bob, I purchased one of the WorkSharp guided systems when it came out about a year ago. Totally unfit for sharpening traditional pocket knives. I understand that you can now buy a rather upgrade package, which includes items I don't need. Mine went in the cupboard, and I haven't looked at it since
Forgot to mention the multitude of clamps available for pen knives, chef knives, scissors, etc.

I do it because some knives are meant to slice( 15° ) and other for more severe cutting tasks( 22° ). Helping to preserve the edge.
It's a good idea Bob 👍 Most of my Lambsfoot knives are sharpened to 20°, but I reprofiled one of them to 15° to give it a try 👍

My internet connection has been bad all week, but it is barely functioning today :( Hoping it picks up later

Sorry to hear about the weather buddy, but you came up trumps with that beautiful IXL  Nice work giving it some TLC too :) That's a cool Vesta Steve  :)

Good morning Guardians, and Happy Saint Patrick's Day! 🇨🇮🍻 There was a time when I'd always meet up for a few pints, but nobody I know takes the day off work anymore, everything gets pushed to the weekend :( I have plenty to do today myself though  Hope you have a great day Guardians, and that you're looking forward to a fine weekend :)

Carrying The Chieftain! ;)

Thanks Jack and nice picture of Chieftain !

Happy St.Patrick's Day everyone🍀🍻
Here, it seems like money and politics control the timing of traditions. The roots of these trading are fading, hence the lack of importance. There are individual towns that are exceptions

Now, I am third owner of this lamb and the edge was misshapen. Now it is even and very edgy!View attachment 2119168

Cool pic Bob !

Good morning guardians, I hope everyone has a wonderful St Patricks Day. I grabbed this pick yesterday while we were out running errands. View attachment 2119229

Well, it's snowing now and headed for freezing early this afternoon. Two to five inches predicted for overnight. I think I'll do my grocery shopping about now.
I hope Spring comes for you soon Jer! 🥶 Nice shot of your '18 buddy 😊👍

Great picture of your HHB.
A very classy looking Lamb.
Cool shadow pattern.
Blood Lamb never disappoints.
That's a real Gem.
Nice to see your HHB is eating well.
Such an elegant Lamb.
Hard to beat Ebony for wood handles.

I nipped out to the post office with a couple of Guardians-bound parcels, and before I got to the bottom of the street, it was raining hard. Thankfully just a 20 minute shower. After the post office, I decided to have a coffee in the swanky cafe next door, while the rain stopped. I had to sit outside, but at least I am undercover, and the sun is out again now. I asked the guy behind the counter if they had any cake, and he said, "We have these." He never mentioned it was rhubarb crumble! 😖 Fortunately, it's so sweet you can't taste the rhubarb, which must be frustrating for fans of the Devil's Stalk! 🙄 However, my loathing of rhubarb extends way beyond mere taste!! 🤨😉

You miss half a day around here and there is five or six pages to catch up on.
Wishing my friend Todd bigfish64 bigfish64 a speedy recover from his toothache... hang in there buddy.
Enjoying some Summer Sausage yesterday with the help of my Usual Lamb... Meant to post it yesterday but got very busy.

Yeah, been busy lately! :) Poor old Todd :( I hope you get some relief soon mate - clove oil, painkillers, whiskey! Looks like a tasty snack John

Blimey Vince, that'd be a hot summer day here! 🌞😎
95 in March is a little unusual. High of 62 expected today, but may reach 90 next week. Most of summer the temperature ranges from 95 to about 102 or so. But we rarely get snow, which I like. Usually does not get below freezing in winter.
A Happy St. Patrick's Day to everyone!

Good grief! I was just telling a feller on the bus about your weather Vince! 🤣

Had an amazing night last night. Penn State really took it to Texas A&M last night with a dominating win in the NCAA tournament. Today will consist of work and more basketball when I get home. Feels like a pizza and beer kind of day. After thinking about the crap I put into my body I have made the decision to cut the Red Bulls and other sugary drinks out of my diet. Of course I had this one in the fridge and had to drink it 🤣 . Got the Rosewood lamb in the pocket today. Hope everyone is having a great day.
