Extra kudos on that fine horned lamb Jer.😃

I'm glad that there are, at least, two of us who know what a queue is Jer! :D ;)
I like how the the word "queue" is self-demonstrating. The first letter does all the work, and the rest of the letters are lined up after it, waiting their turn (which, in their case, will never come, alas).

Good morning Guardians, I'm afraid that my planned trip to York has not gone well. I got up early, and was down at the central bus station before 9.00am. As the bus I was on came into the station, I could see the York bus waiting, but as I stepped off my bus, I saw a huge line snaking from the front of the York bus, right through the bus station, out the door, and going out of sight up the road! I wondered if there was some festival or special event in York, but it turns out that the trains are on strike today. There must have been 200 people in the line, and since the buses are only every 30 minutes, some of those folks are going to be waiting a while! I can go to York another day, so for now, I'm just headed to Charlie's cafe, in need of coffee. Have a great day Guardians 👍

Sorry to hear your plans were disrupted, Jack, but at least you weren’t one of those folks who had to get there.

Here's most of my Lambsfoot knives with horn covers, I probably have about half a dozen or so more

Left to Right: AW Big 'Un (a lucky find at the factory), 2018 Guardians SFO, Saynor, AW Workback, AW Little 'Un, 2017 Guardians SFO, AW (another lucky find at the factory), Sample for the 2018 Guardians SFO, 2018 Guardians SFO, William Rodgers.

Awesome lineup with some nice horn variety, Jack.

Good morning Guardians. A simple breakfast for the turtles this morning, tomatoes and bananas, cut up with my lamb of course. Have a great day everyone.

Some great images there, Jack! Thanks for sharing.

For those who are keeping tabs I have restarted working on the lamb. View attachment 2206566

Looking forward to seeing the final product.

I had my Albers lamb with me today. We went to our local fire department’s annual fish fry, which is always enjoyable. This was their 70th year doing the fish fry. When they started in the 1950s, the firemen used to catch the fish themselves, but I think it’s been a while since that was feasible.

Very good David! 🤣🤣
Lovely horn Lambs Jack! 🤠
Thanks buddy :)
It’s a sunny humid day here in central Texas. And this little lamb wanted to go to market…

And after completing my chores and noticing there was NO BEER to be had…I wanted to go to the market.

Have a great Sunday, y'all!
Generous gift Vince :)
Don't have a fancy picture today. Crazy busy day at work and was falling asleep while I was trying to scarf down dinner. Just a counter top pic is all I could muster today. Calamity was keeping my pockets happy today 😃. Hope everyone had a great day.

Sounds like a hard day Paul, I hope you get some time to rest up today buddy :) Hard to take a poor pic of that stellar knife, great lines
Sorry to hear your plans were disrupted, Jack, but at least you weren’t one of those folks who had to get there.
Thanks Barrett, I am certainly glad of that, I absolutely hate standing in line  The longest queue I've ever seen was at the Glastonbury festival 20 years ago, when I was running a bar there. I was up early with a pal, walking around, and we saw this absolutely vast line, running right across one of the huge fields. It was so long that we couldn't see either end of it, and I really could not try to estimate how many people were standing in line, I've never seen anything like it. I later found out that what they were queuing for was cash! There were cash machines there, but they had run out the previous day, so they had to helicopter more in, which apparently happened several times. I don't have much sympathy for folks who go camping at a festival, and don't take cash with them. I guess they all use cards now

I always think that's a great tradition Barrett  I hope you all had a lovely time :) Great-looking fire truck, as well as your Albers Lamb of course :)

I was watching The Long Goodbye the other night, which I hadn't seen for years, and was hoping there'd be a knife shot I could share in the movie thread. The only knife was a prop, but I did spot these two signs in Marlowe's local bar, seems chips have been around in the US for years! :D ;)

Good morning Guardians, I hope everyone is well, and having a great weekend :) I decided to go on the waggon for a few weeks, so haven't had a drink since Wednesday 😭🤣 Looks like it's going to be another nice day here, and I'm meeting up with my pal Matt this afternoon. It's his lad, Cillian's, birthday, and I have a new slingshot for him, so we're going to go for a walk, and do some plinking in the woods. Matt doesn't know, but I have a new slingshot for him too. Then, they're having some friends round, having had the full-on kids party yesterday. Have a great Sunday Guardians, and enjoy carrying your Lambsfoot knives :) I think I'm going to stick with my Albers :)

Enjoy seeing your Albers Jack. The gifts will be well received, I'm sure.

Good morning Guardians. Just trying to get myself moving this morning. Getting ready for a stroll around our community.

Cool pic Bill, very imaginative 😎 Enjoy your stroll 😊 👍

I decided to have lunch in Charlie's. Offered to treat my mate, but he said there was an Indian wedding on their street yesterday, so they have a fridge full of mystery Indian food! 😁
